I think naina ,meghna and kunal is not aware of nks demand of nairan marriage..When shardha is begging meghnal is already married (she is wearing mangalsutra)..Nk will not accept her as bahu .At the right time meghna faints..Kunal will be with her.Naina will come to know about Nks demand.and agree for the marriage to save her sisters life.About karan agreeing; 2 possibilities:either dadu arrives ,seeing naina in bridal avatar forces karan to accept her..or naina will talk to karan about meghnals love ,even the consummation part,to save their relation agrees for the marriage
