So many assumptions and the film hasnt even come out lol slb has not revealed anything bout how he will portray the characters, he hasn't said he will show any gud side to khilji, we don't know anything bout slbs portrayal of the story

except for vaani 😆 but I agree RS is sex onscreen he has intense sexy chemistry with his costars 😳 and he is one of the few actors who are uninhibited risk takers. I really really hope SLB is bold enough to even hint towards it he has my blessings I'm even ready to ship RS and Jim 😆

I read the entire thread and wow! it's informative and really interesting. I've never known history much but heard about how Khilji was.

I had obviously not known aboit Padmavati and KamalaBai. But KamalaBai is such a cool character. Much more deep than Padmavati. I'd definitely root for a woman who stood her ground in a completely different atmosphere. And Khilji loved her? That's really surprising.

And he was bi? I so hope they show that...even if with subtlety and mildly. It'd be Interesting to see Kafur hating Khilji who though so powerful in real life and in love never realised that.

And then KamalaBai's daughter and Khilji's son getting married and a rragic ending. I want a film on that as well.One full speciric film.

I don't like SLB's work thus haven't watched any after Devdas but this sounds dead interesting.


Also I guess people talk about Jodha more because Akbar is liked by most of the people. Khilji on the other hand isn't. Also Jodha never converted to Islam but KamalaBai did so obviously many wouldn't like it. I wouldn't be very comfortable either.
