SSR was very good as Dhoni.. he's a very good actor.

As for movie, it could've been much much better - the direction I mean. His climb upto the Captaincy was simply swallowed, and the 'climb' or ascent to success was not portrayed well... it was poor in direction and script if you ask me.. I was disappointed indeed.

i have seen the first half of this movie 3 times.. i skip the second half when the love story starts.. something about the simplicity and humility in this movie wins me over every time.. especially that tiny apartment.. that tiny kitchen.. little dhoni with that smile on his face..

his friends especially the sardar are awesome... they have done a lot for him...i am sure dhoni must help them.. he owes them a lot more than life.

one of my fav scenes is the one with the young dhoni watching from the balcony, as his father goes out late at night to work. it is a beautifully depicted scene. no dialogues, but you get the meaning and emotion of it.

I agree that It was commendable to see Dhoni's Struggle . I loved How Dhoni struggled on Day1 of his Job as Ticket Collector . Loads of his Friends supported him throughout . And I am sure Dhoni even today remembered every one . And would have helped them fully .

I loved the Board Room Scene too where Dhoni was shown having Video Conference with BCCI Selectors . And The way He kept all his points and reasons of dropping 3 Senior Players from ODI Team was ⭐️ 👏

I also wanted to see more of Dhoni's Profession in 2nd half like how he was asiigned Captaincy . What was his reaction ?His interaction , his strategies with all his Teammates , Indian's team Dressing room etc . BUt It's Ok how much we saw . Actually the thing is that There was so much to be shown in Dhoni's life which was impossible to be shown in 3 hrs movie . Still loved the film .
