Mansi killed Akshara - is it that simple??

In today's episode, Mansi finally admitted it out loud that she was the one who hit Akshara and was responsible for her death. But it that all there is to the story or do you think there might be a hidden angle?

I feel there is more to the story. It does't seem that simple.

I think there will be more uncovered it can't just be that otherwise there would be no point in the story line that she has killed Akshara.

Mansi looks like someone who would get easily scared, when she said she hit Akshara maybe, it meant her car hit Akshara.
I wonder is mansi's involvement only introduced to make karthik forgive swarnish.
Karthik holds swarnish responsible for her mother's death and is not ready to forgive them.
Mansi finds herself responsible for Akshara death and Akhilesh brought in fake witness, even if not responsible for Akshara death, they are responsible for not giving her justice.
So showing Naira forgiving Manish Akhilesh, might give Karthik a different view at his own situation.

This might actually be the case. To be honest, Mansi has always felt like such an afterthought on part of the CVs to me. Like last minute kuch toh story change karke usko leke laye. Remember there was also supposed to be some brother. But that never materialised.

Also just want to say that the girl playing Mansi needs to improve. Especially since she is surrounded by very talented people, she comes across as very drab to me. I don't know if anyone else agrees.

A naira sukanya kind of track here with Mansi. Mansi as vulnerable as Naira at young age could have gone for a party with spoilt brat like friend sukanya in the car.
