So according to legal facts a share transfer is illegal if the owner is suffering from mental disorder here they are classifying depression as one since medical insurance was rejected. Now according to jhanvi story she has depression so her 49% share transfer is illegal. Now we have seen Maya having suicidal tendencies and very high chances of her having some mental disorders, that means her 51% share transfer is also illegal.

Thus if both ma and beti have depression or some other psychological disorder arjun munna will be living in fools paradise that he is the owner of everything but when time comes he will be proved duffer without a penny😆

Depression is not very serious thing. They should say schizophrenia.

directors should learn, a depressed person is completely sane and his every decision is counted.

Self harming is a form of schizophrenia which should be considered as mental illness.

depression or clinically depressed both people are completely fine and they need only counselling and mild medication. Their decisions are completely counted..

Indian tv is showing wrong information. Please cvs do not show wrong information about mental illness. If some one is depressed still can have very good married life and take all major decisions of life.. it is legal .

but if you say schizophrenia, then it is a serious mental illness and self harming or murder can happen.

Yes I agree. They should come with a more series mental problem or even a split personality disorder to give the show the feel of the hype that was created. No where I have heard depression is such a huge issue & jhanvis made story trying to portray depression as a such a huge problem was completely illogical. It stupid narrative that Maya behaves beyhad bcoz of depression. The creative team hopefully corrects there blunder soon or else the entire future story will be shoddy.

It's not depression. According to Jhanvi's nade up story, it was Jhanvi suffering from depression and Maya is just taking medications for her by framing herself as suffering from depression. Its completely illogical.

As we know from what is shown till now, Maya suffers from a serious mental illness or has done something very grave in the past, which is what Ashwin is so confidently talking about. What it is, will only be revealed towards the end, not so soon.

Highly doubt clinical depression means one is mentally unstable for the purpose of Companies Act. It needs to be a more serious disorder. The makers are either ignorant themselves or take the audience for fools.
They need to correct this.
