In the United States several people program bots to use online telecom services to place multiple votes. Several sites and shows like Howard Stern run things like vote for the worst. Reality contests are a joke. All they are worth for is time pass. All the jazz and drama makes for quite interesting viewing.

Agreed then channels should not claim that the voting is in all fairness and depicts what masses want (Janta ki aawaj) ... its actually which contestants strikes the nerves of the rich's audiences who can multi vote.

Internet votes, am sure must not be bring major revenues... may be getting more adv, showing number of hits... additionaly channels claims on interent only one vote is allowed... I mean all this doesn't make sense...

What's ethics got to do with voting?

whoever votes they pay some amount of money out of their own pockets to vote, their money their choice who they want to vote for, it is unethical to say "you vote for who you like" and then criticizing them for who they vote for

Unethical is a television channel that tries to claim it is fair and balanced and then claims that there was a tie with over crores of votes

Unethical is when the people involved promise a contestant a prize and then never give it to the contestant 😉 😆
