A woman in her late 40s was sitting comfortably in a huge room, sipping her wine calmly, when she got a call, "Maam they have found Alisha". The woman smirked, "Very good, has she told her location, where she hid her". "No Maam," Her minion revealed making her to throw the glass crushing it into pieces. "Where has she kept her, you guys are useless", She barked angrily disconnecting the call.
She thought about her past, where it all started. Aryan Khurana and his wife Radhika, Maan's parents, she could have had him but he fell for his mom, who was a timid innocent girl. She watched them getting married with a smile on her face but with a poisoned heart vowing to destroy their happiness. She got married to a businessman herself from whom he had her only child her daughter Sara who reminded her of her father. She never loved that man or that stupid daughter of hers and murdered him brutally taking all his property, as that man got to know her little secret and how she murdered Aryan and Radhika which for the world has been an accident.She drugged Aryan which led to his accident and then Radhika was an easy target. She married a new man years later so no one doubts her. Her new husband was equally stupid always on trips while she did what she wanted. Maan was her target ever since he stepped into his teens, she knew her daughter's feelings for him but decided to take him before her , she sold him because that woman who was her ally wanted the same, so she gave him to her, but after he escaped that night she thought it was her chance but her daughter always protected him and she did the same that day. The crap about Handas was filled in his head by her so that the other lady kept her mouth shut as she never wanted him married to Geet. Well they were mutual allies as she knew her secrets too. She got another call, "Did your men find her", Her comrade asked. "Not yet, she has hidden her somewhere", She said. "I told you not to trust that girl", The other voice barked. "One thing more, if anything happens to Geet, I will make sure you pay, I wanted that boy Maan hurt not Geet so remember that", Saying this the line went dead. "Huh, threatening me, let's see what happens when your secrets are out", She smirked.

Maan was in his office, looking at his phone with Geet's pictures in it, he touched it trying to feel her presence, every second was killing him. He was still in his thoughts when he got a call from his auntie , "Hello Maan, how have you been". "Auntie ...I'm fine but...", He did know how would she react if she knew about his marriage but her next question shocked him, "How is Geet,did you find her ...". "How did you know Auntie," Maan asked. Ayesha realized her folly and tried to cover up, "Umm...Sara told me". "... Sara told you this", Maan asked now understanding everything . Sara , Rohan everyone was right, he has been a fool all this time but not anymore. "May be she eloped or something you know young girls today...", Ayesha continued to blabber but was cut by Maan. "Auntie say anything about me ...but not a word about my Geet or else ...", He said dangerously. "And from now on , don't call me", He said disconnecting the call. Ayesha looked at the phone in her hand. "Oh still the same temper like your dad ...hmm...but that is what made you both irresistible", She smirked evilly.
Maan dialed a number, "I want all the details on Ayesha Malhotra as soon as possible got it". He looked ahead and thought, "I know Auntie , you know where my Geet is and if you are involved in all this even by an ounce , that be prepared for the consequences, Maan Singh Khurana never forgives nor forgets". Maan got some information and was shocked to know about his auntie and disgusted at the same time too.He could not believe he was fooled all his life but not anymore.
He called Sara, "I got to know what you wanted to tell me". "So you finally realized it Maan," She said. "So what are you planning to do", She asked leaning back on her chair. "I will ki...", before he could complete Sara said, "You will do what I say from now on, we need a plan now or you will end up in jail , have you thought what will happen to Geet after that". Maan was rendered mum on that, he asked after a brief pause, "So what do you suggest". "Wait until we find Geet then I will tell you", She said. "Until then Maan , I want you to to still show yourself the foolish trusting kid you have been to that woman". Maan nodded, "Sara but she is yo..", He was again interrupted, "Mom. Hmm...let me handle that myself my dear friend, so do you trust me now". "I have never trusted anyone more than you. I'm sorry", He apologized.
Gaurav with the help of Maan's cousin Rohan got to Alisha. She was first shocked to have visitors , she looked at Rohan with the eyes of a sinner , but Rohan came well prepared so he gave her one of his charming smiles .
She was in 7th heaven seeing such a handsome guy smiling at her . "Hello Alisha how are you ?", Gaurav asked her . She pretended that she is not recognizing them so she said ",I'm sorry do I know you ?", now it was Rohan's turn to play his cards , "No sweetheart you don't but I'm a big fan of your modeling ",he said holding her hands. Alisha was very happy so said ,"Thank you , its a pleasure for me to hear that from a handsome man like you ". "But I find you more pretty my dear ", he said again with a charming smile , but inside he was cursing her , well he had to play along for the well being of his sister in law . "So Alisha dear, how did you got admitted here, I hope they are treating you well", He smiled. "I don't remember", She lied . Maan seethed in anger watching that lady but he decided not to interrupt. His men were trying but they got nothing. Gaurav came out and found Maan, "Just give me ten minutes and she will start talking". Maan tried to go in, but Rohan came out stopping him before Alisha could see him, "Bhai , please this girl is dangerous, I m trying my best to get something out of her".

He returned to his house, he looked around to find his memories of Geet. "If only I knew you will punish me in this way, I wouldn't have hurt you ever". He took her scarf and slept hugging it, tears continuously flowing out of his eyes. Ria called Maan in the morning to inquire about Geet , but he was still gloomy to answer anything , "Don't worry Maan , she will be okay Rohan told me about his meeting with that witch". "How do you know my cousin", inquired Maan . Ria blushed before answering , "Well we have been together for sometime now , he was going to tell you ", Maan was happy hearing that his cousin too will be settled now . He was still worried for Geet but he knew Rohan will definitely get it out of that witch,where she hid Geet , and when he finds her it will be the last day for Alisha he vowed .

Rohan was making progress in getting to know this Alisha and getting out all the other crimes she was involved in .He understood this Alisha was a hard nut to crack but he was not the one to give up that easy also . It has been almost a month now and Maan was restless everyday . On the other hand, Geet grew closer to Yash , she was still not able to distinguish between him and Maan . It was almost going to be a month since they have been living together and now were really comfortable with one another.
After a month's toil finally Rohan was successful in getting the desired information about his sister in law , Alisha confessed that Geet is with her half brother and she lied to him that she found her on the streets ,when she was the one to bring her to him so Maan won't be able to find her . Rohan recorded her confession without her knowledge and got her arrested. He informed Maan who finally got his life back hearing him . He immediately boarded his chartered plane to get his Geet back , but unknown to him he is too late . Sara had asked him to go alone without his bodyguards and he did that ,but unknown to him he had a bigger shock in store for him.
The news of Alisha's arrest got to the people controlling her and without wasting a minute she was bailed out at the earliest . Maan was elated knowing that finally he will get his Geet now . As soon as his flight landed , he searched for the address given to him hoping it is correct . He reached there but was shocked to hear the voices of Geet and his own... coming from inside. Maan ran inside only to be shocked by the site in front of him , his Geet was in the arms of a man , the state of the room and the both of them did not hide any thing either what must have happened between them."Please Geet don't cry, what happened", Yash tried to get close to her.
She jerked his hand and backed away, "Maan , you are not my Maan, don't touch me, he will not accept me now, what have I done". Her words pierced Maan's heart, who stumbled backwards not knowing how to forgive himself for being this late , and more from the shock that his Geet did not trust him that much but he was bought out of his trance when he heard his Geet calling him again, "Maan, where are you...Maaan".Enraged by the scene in front of him , he pulled the man away from Geet and was going to hit him ,when he got the greatest shock of his life . The young man in front of him , resembled him , now he got what must have happened . The young man was scared , he recognized that look that he once carried , the innocence and the fear and then he witnessed something else ...guilt .
Even Yash was shocked to see the older man in front of him ."Who are you ? , why did you harm my Geet ?". Before he got any answers , he heard the cry of Geet ,"Leave me , you are not my Maan , where is he ?, I want to go to him , leave me , let me go ", he left the young man and was by her side immediately calming her taking her in his arms , but Geet was in an unstable condition due to that drug and due to the emotional turmoil, she suddenly went back to the torture days and backed away ,"Please let me go why are you doing this to me ?.", she whimpered . Maan was hurt looking at his Geet backing away from him due to the past . He got hold of the younger man ,"Answer me "."I...I am Yash , my sister Alisha bought her here .I...I lov..."he was cut by Maan's hand tightened over his neck chocking him . "Utter that again and I will make you regret that you were even born , how dare you touch her , do you know shes my wife ". Yash looked at him with guilt and then looked at the unconscious Geet "I will deal with you later ",Maan said picking up Geet and covering her properly taking her back with him .

Yash understood the situation, her words, her actions, even this, it was never for him...but this man her husband who resembled him. The love which he thought was requited turned unrequited in a matter of minutes, and he was again left alone. Tears of guilt and of a broken heart escaped his eyes, the pain of loving and losing someone, the feeling of being just a replacement, the fear that his act might have destroyed her marriage came along with it.
