Why Atharv is doubting Vividha ?

The whole 3 months Vivi kept on shouting that She loves only Atharv.
and today when they are together ( thanks to Ravish)
they shud be happily thinking about their future together instead of...
Atharv ne kaha ki He will let vivi go to Ravish if she has started liking him but he wants to know what exactly she wants.
Its good that Atharv wants to give choice to her instead of imposing his decision on her. But why this doubt ??
Doesn't he know how much she loves him? Even Sujata said, its good that u didnt ask vividha , otherwise she wud feel very hurt.

I am genuinely having this doubt that why did atharv even thinkthat Vivi may like Ravish ?
I hope for a genuine answer without being bashed but in this forum its difficult not to b bashed 😉

@TM I Found Atharv Little Wierd Today.

weird guy, abhi kuch din pehly ravish ko itni buri tarhan maara aur ab kehta hai I'll let vv go if she wants 😆 apparently not everyone is like ravish, a man of his words 😉 and as for vv, well there is a difference between love and zidd, atharv vv ki zidd tha (cuz she was forcefully separated from him to she rebelled) not eeshwar ki like ravish said, agr eeshwar ki marzi hoti vitharv ki shaadi mein to ravish aur vv ki shadi kabhi na hui hoti ,, vv ki zidd puri hogayee to wo attraction bhi khatam ho gaya, with that being said i dun think this girl is capable of loving anyone but herself, already bored of her repeated me mein myself jaap 🥱

@TM...atharv simply getting insecured and jealous of ravish...he has already witnessed the powerpacked performance of ravish...now he is thinking how come vividha has not yet fallen for this man...how come this 8th wonder has happened...so he is giving all excuse of letting vividha go and all...

I actually feel if Vivi loves Atharv or is an infatuation? A strong crush kind of a thing where u are so attached to that person that u can't think of anyone else.
Very well said... everybody can't be like Ravish. It takes guts to be selfless & think abt other 's happiness instead of own.
