King takes a Shortcut route :

In the first scene, Chandra walking in a corridor, turns right and walks straight into the Ladies Hamam, UNINVITED, UNANNOUNCED, WITHOUT ANY LADY ATTENDANTS and stares at a lady showing her back, with her arms spread wide.

All this, BEFORE THE LADY ACTUALLY SPEAKS up.

Good Heavens Chandra, it could be your Mother-in-Law Avantika !!! There wasnt any signboard which said "For Chandra's Rani Only". For that matter, it could be ANY LADY taking bath at that time.

So where was Chandra exactly going and why was he taking the Shortcut route through the ladies hamam ????

Even when Chandra was taking bath, there were 2 male attendants outside the sankaksh. Here the Rani is taking bath without a single attendant at the entrance !! The hamam invitation was sent only for Malayketu, so the attendant should be announcing other special walk-in entrants (like Chandra) to the Rani, right ?

And then, when Roopa says the word Malay, Chandra returns on the SAME ROUTE he came from !! Apparently, hamam was a one-way road.

Well spotted Amina !!!!!!!

Aparna was married to Seleucus when he was a General to Alexander. Only after Alexander death, Seleucus had to fight with other generals of Alexander to consolidate his position and make himself King of certain areas.
So Aparna became a Queen in her late forties probably, considering the fact that her young daughter Helena married Chandra in her teenage.

So to expect a Queenly behaviour and decency from such a woman, who rose from Mass to a Class would be imprudent - at least from the Serial angle 😉

Is it a Queenly behaviour to indulge in cheap politics with your daughter''s sauten ?

Very true.
If you had seen the Sangeet ceremony episode, you will see Aparna telling Helena - a warrior would always make his goal, that which he cannot achieve. The more Nandini walks away from him, the more he would want her ...

The whole jealousy track is based on and circles around that concept.

But I wonder why Aparna is part of this game ?? Aparna is eating her own words isn't it ?

As far as Helena goes, she is already Patrani- someone who exercises more power than Nandini and Durdhara (although originally Nandini is first wife and should be Patrani ... )

may be that's why Favourite Queen contest promo between Helena and Nandini is shown ...
