In the video that Mehul posted-

Atharv said Ravish VASHISHT aapa ka pati hai and even his lipsing was there for the term 'VASHISHT'.

Yet in the episode he says - 'Ravish' and he comes to know about the Vashishts truth only after he comes down the stairs seeing the photo frame.

Why is there a difference in screenplay?
