|| This is my take on how I would have had taken IshKara story further ||
The rain drops fell down as Ishana walked on the deserted road, soaked in rain. She had stopped being happy since that specific day when Omkara Singh Obeoi had confronted her. She couldn't understand why that man affected her so much. Why did his words pinch her? At the moment, she was just feeling the rain.
Suddenly a bike skidded in front of her as she realized what was happening. The road was slippery because of the rain. Thud, and she fell on the roa43 Her head started to bleed instantly as she closed her eyes instantly, fainting on the very moment. The guy on the bike somehow wasn't hurt as much, he was wearing the helmet.
He took tried to get up but he couldn't. His leg was bleeding and he couldn't move, at all. He quickly took out of his phone from his pocket and called a number.
"Hello, O" He uttered. The guy was none other than Rudra Singh Oberoi. He told his brother to reach the place and see him as he had gotten into an accident with some girl.
It took time but soon Rudra could see a car coming his way. He already was in pain, he couldn't bear it anymore. His eyes fell on the unconscious girl laying away from her. Poor girl, Rudra couldn't help but feel guilty for hurting her. A man with long hair and a magnetic aura got out of the car and rushed towards his brother. And another man with blue-green-ish eyes got out of the car as well.
"Bhaiya, uss ladki ko bhi dekho. Usko mere se zadya lagi hai" Rudra uttered pointing towards the girl as Omkara and Shivaay, both pushed the bike off Rudra's bleeding leg.
"Om Tu Uss Ladki Ko Dekh, Main Rudra Ko Gaadi Tak Le Kar Chalte Hoon" Shivaay spoke and helped Rudra to get up as Om nodded and moved towards the girl who was lying on the ground, like a lifeless doll. Om couldn't see her face properly, she had hair falling on her face. He slipped his hands under her waist and picked her up in a bridal style. He rushed towards the car and got inside.
"Rudra thoda wait kar, tujhe kuch nahin hoga." Shivaay uttered as Rudra looked at Om.
"Shivaay bhaiya, maine kaha naa. Main theek hoon. Uss ladki ko sar pe chod aayi hai. Jaldi hospital chalo." He uttered as Shivaay started to drive the car.
Om, on the other hand hand Ishana in his arms. Blood was trickling down her head as he touched her head and removed the hair soaked in blood, away from her face. His eyes fell on the face of the girl.
"Ishana?" Om uttered as Shivaay frowned, but continued driving. Rudra looked at the girl as well and widened his eyes.
"Ye toh Ishana hai" Rudra spoke as well.
Om looked at the girl who had broken his trust, his faith. But for some reason, his anger had melted away at the moment. All he wanted to do was to make sure that she was okay. Om looked at her lips, her closed eyes, her face, she looked beautiful. Om wasn't sure why, but he felt like painting her face. He tried to shrug off his thoughts, he wasn't supposed to think like this. Especially not when that girl had blood coming out of her head.
"Shivaay jaldi kar, khoon bahut behe raha hai." Om uttered.

It had been few hours and Rudra had gotten his leg plastered for some time. Whereas Ishana wasn't showing any signs of recovery. Shivaay had told Om to return to home as he had already told body guards to stay with Ishana. But no, Om didn't feel like leaving her. He wasn't so sure that why he felt like caring for her...she did break his trust. Then why did he feel a pull towards her?
Om was reading messages on his mobile when he heard a soft, beautiful voice uttering, "Omkara? A-Aap?" She stammered a bit. His eyes fell on Ishana.
"Tum Theek Ho?" Om asked her making her gulp, she was confused.
"Hmm" She replied unsure how to react. Om kept on looking at her, with an intense expression. She couldn't make out what he was thinking.
"Tumhara accident Rudra ke saath hua tha." Om told her.
"Woh kaisa hai? Kitni chot lagi usko-" She was about to speak more when Om ended his sentence by saying, "Woh Theek Hai."
Ishana nodded and looked down. There was nothing to talk about.
"Ishana, aap theek toh ho naa?" Ishana heard a voice as she looked up and saw Rudra sitting on a wheelchair. She passed a smile to Rudra and nodded.
"Bhahiya, woh theek hai. Ab toh ghar chalo, chaar ghante se aap yahin baithe ho," Rudra uttered with a smile on his face and smiled at both, Om and Ishana. Ishana widened her eyes, 4 hours? For 4 hours Om had been sitting and had been waiting for her to get up? Om without speaking anything got up and started to walk towards Rudra when he heard Ishana speaking.
"Omkara" Om stopped. "Thank you" He heard her speak as he finally looked at her. Her expression was innocent and seemed sincere. Om had been once fooled by this girl, but for some time he felt like giving it a second chance. He felt like talking to her, again.
"Welcome, Ishana." He uttered with an expressionless face and walked out of the room by moving Rudra's wheelchair out as well.
Ishana smiled to herself, 'Welcome', it was a small thing but it just made her feel as if he had forgiven her for her lies. And for some weird reason, it felt good when he took her name. Ishana. She never in her life had thought that this chapter of life would ever re-open, but it did. And now she was on the same track as before.
