We cannot fix Mona as a reference point because Mona's bashing has always been appreciated and encouraged by BB as entertainment.

Whether it was done by one of the housemates, e.g. Bani pointing out to her character by saying she was on her fours with Manveer, or by the ex CNB team who bodyshamed her every time they appeared on the show and put down her for her profession.

Lol I have a different point of view. If you can so cheap and cringeworthy as to have a fake wedding on tv, then you are open to these kind of comments. Especially when you're open to a 'khaas kumra' for the night 🤢 so cheap. I didn't find anything that wrong with what Kjo said about the wedding.. and I bet Mona wanted comments like that so she could get attention and role-play the sharmeeli act. 😆

I do think Kjo was deliberately being more bitchy than normal though, probably told to be.

Agreed partially...Even all my friends are also teling same let her agree for wedding but for suhaag raath...it's too much..whn she know tht she is going to do all these I'm national TV she should be ready to face consequences.
I was feeling that she should have not even agrees to marry Vikrant...Few days back he had so much prob with her and now suddenly he came up with marriage..she should have taken time and decided.
Karan Johar should have told that he felt like Mona should have selected Manu I stead of Vikrant..That statement sounds better than wht he told.

But still it doesnt give anyone the right to degrade someone like the way these so called celebs did. I haven't watched the episode but what i have read on updates it seems they went even lower then Om Swami 🤢

Nah yaar Farah/Kjo always take it on the chin when people say stuff to them imo. And it happens countless times.
Also I think there's been a massive overreaction over what was said to Lopa. It was bad but wasn't even a quarter of what contestants have faced in the past. She's someone who takes ages to do makeup and puts layers on. So saying, you could've scared someone by taking your makeup off is just a bad joke in jest, which she took in her stride. (By the way the joke was made by Ganesh too but not in front of Lopa) And that's ALL that was said to her face to face yesterday, Lopa fans on twitter have gone crazy. 😆 Someone even posted a pic of Farah without makeup, like duhh she takes jokes on herself and 'ugliness' or 'manliness' all the time 😆 This trolling is just stupid and makes the fans look so immature.

Ok so.. Doesn't badsoorat mean ugly? I didn't watch that episode but not sure why Om was SOO badly grilled for that, especially when Lopa has said ALOT worse than that and has gotten away with it. 😆
Yeah I understand the problem with inconsistency but that's how crap BB is. They have an appy fizz caller trying to lay it on Rohan who told her straight and shut up her shaadi is a pavitra bandhan jaap. (Yeah not for the cameras and tv mate 🤢 ) So it looked like they were going with the narrative that this shaadi shouldn't be mocked, but then straight after Kjo just blasted the sham of a marriage in a funny, bitchy way. So yeah, BB being very inconsistent.

ETA: I think all contestants come on shows like BB expecting to be roasted by various people, so they're up for it.
