*warning : it's very long 😆 , its because like i tried to fit a story into a os as i had to no guarantee that I would continue it . 😆 And this is you belated treat Mou which you may have already forgotten about . 😕 And its not exactly 18+ thing but still has a part of it . Contains some sensitive content regarding Panchali . Panchali's past in italics feel free to ignore it but the story wouldn't make sense so .And those who wanna leave in res jake apni ghar pe bhess chadaye 😆

Silence was what he was greeted with when he entered her den . Darkness had taken over the little light that flickered from the closed curtains .
"Panchali" was all managed to mouth while his eyes searched for her . Little did he know that the sight he would come across would shatter him into pieces .
There she was , his love , his life , crouched down in the floor , sobbing softly while she muttered some words which were barely audible .
"Panchali" he rushed to her and embraced her tight as he ran his hands through her hair whispering words into her ears .
"Sshhh Panchali. Please don't cry . Shhh . "
"He will come . He will come for me . He will come back Arjun ! He's gonna come back soon and he's gonna hit me . I didn't do as he said . He would demand it again and if I don't agree he will hit me . Please . Leave me " she kept repeating the words while running the stream of her tears .
"No no . No Panchali he wouldn't come back . Not now , not tomorrow . Never . He's in prison, remember ? He can't come back . No one will harm you. "
"No he will come back . I didn't do the dishes , I didn't clean his room . He will beat me . I will have to face the worse . Why, why ? " she said those words in between her sobs which were growing more and more loud .
"Sshhh Panchali , Panchali . Panchali ! " he shouted her name the last time grabbing her attention towards him .
"Look at me Panchali and listen to me carefully . HE WILL NOT COME BACK AGAIN TO HARM YOU and even if he dares to come back then I will be here , here for you . I will not let him or anyone else harm you . You get it ?" His words were softly spoken but his tone was firm and so was his promise .
Finally Panchali started to calm down and slowly her sobs turned to long heavy breaths . He kept her locked up in his embrace and soon she fell asleep against his chest . He ran his hands through her hair in cautious manner trying not to wake her up . Once she was in her deep slumber he carried her to the bed .
Her sleep wasn't pleasant either . She kept waking up from nightmares crying out loud and it took a lot of time and Arjun 's effort to calm her down and put her back to sleep . Every time she saw his blur figure through her wet eyes , she calmed down while holding him in a tight embrace . Arjun kept whispering words of assurance to her and hummed a soft tune to make her go back to her sleep . But every time he did it was only to make her face yet another nightmare .

From the time Panchali could understand she knew she had no one is this world except for her twin brother . She was born and brought up in an orphanage till she was adopted at the age of twelve . She with her twin brother Dhris happily became a part of their new family , both of them hoping for a better present and care and affection only a family could provide . But alas that's not how it went. For the first few months they were good until the lady(their Foster mother)died and all they were left with was the lady's husband who were supposedly their foster father . He was dunkard who survived on his wife's earning. After his wife's death he couldn't earn his own living let alone the two children . He made them work all day for the name of food and all he gave was a bread with salt and water . He beat the twins when they did not obey him or tried to fight back . He was huge man so the two couldn't even dare to fight back . They even had tried to run away once only to be brought back to the monster and face his worse . The only strength they had were each other and the hope to escape this nightmare.
Their Foster father was a pervert . He used to molest Panchali when she was young and when she turned sixteen he demanded her to serve him in whatever way he wanted . Having no choice Panchali slowly drowned into her pains that her so called father gave her and her brother. But neither did Panchali nor did that horrid monster knew what was coming ahead . On their eighteenth birthday , Panchali was yet again harassed by her foster father . Not being able to take his sister's pain anymore Dhris attacked him from behind and they both ran from the unconscious monster . So scared were they of him coming back that they kept running for hours and hours .
Life was struggle for the twins but far better than the one they had been living . Panchali slowly was slipping into depression as the pain of her past kept haunting her . It was one fine day that changed their life when they came across Malti , the women who has nursed them in the orphanage. She told them that a man had visited the orphanage claiming to be their father who had lost his wife in an accident and his two children were kidnapped by his opposites. It didn't take them long to find their real father and finally find a person who really cared for them . ...
Arjun had first met Panchali at his sister's clinic . His sister , Arti was a psychiatrist who was looking over Panchali and her twin's case . Dhris got over his fears and depression very fast but Panchali kept going deeper into them . It was only when she met Arjun she got better . Unaware of her state , Arjun still managed to make her smile and for once she opened herself up to someone . She told him everything that she couldn't even tell her brother let alone arjun's sister . Arjun somehow made her overcome her fears , fight her past and survive her nightmares . He made her smile and slowly he could make her laugh . It didn't take long for both of them to fall for each other . They both knew their love for each other knew no bounds and their trust was strong but Panchali still feared that her dream would ruin again and she would lose him and despite the fact that Arjun knew her past her fear of him leaving her alone to suffer didn't leave her .

The sun had risen from the east and the dark room got lighten with rays . Not just rays of sun but the ray of hope for a better day to come ahead .
"Arjun" Panchali mumbled as soon as she opened her eyes . Arjun who had fallen asleep beside her quickly opened his eyes .
"Panchali , are you okay ? " his worried voice asked her as she nodded her head positively.
"Yes I am fine . I just wanted to check if you were here or left . I also wanted to apologise for yesterday . I couldn't control myself . Sorry for the trouble you had " she said in an embarrassed tone which hurt him . He never wanted her to apologise for anything especially for the pain she shared with him .
"First of all , I will always be here whenever you want or even when you don't want me . And second never apologise for these things Panchali . It's never a trouble for me . I will always be here when you need me . "
"But why Arjun ? Why ? "
"Because I love Panchali ! "
"Why do you love a troubled person like me ? I will always trouble you like this . "
"Who said you will always trouble me like this ? I wouldn't let you . You know why ? Cause I will wipe all your past with a beautiful present . I will make sure to give you so much happiness that you shall forget your pains ,I will make you laugh so much that you will forget what tears are , and at last we will live such a dream that even nightmare wouldn't reach up to you "
She cried hearing his words while smiling simoutanously . This was the first time she had shred tears of happiness .
"Can I ask for something Arjun ? "
"Just name it Panchali I will give you everything I can . "
"Then make me yours Arjun . Wipe all that devil's marks from my body . He still haunts my body , my soul . Please throw him away from all my memories . "
"Panchali..." His sentence was left incomplete as she silenced him with a kiss . A kiss of love which slowly turned to a confession of their passionate love .
Panchali smiled as Arjun with every touch of his , wiped off the marks of the evil . His every kiss decorated her body in a way no jewellery could . And he finally made her his forever and ever.
Arjun kissed her forehead one last time before collapsing beside her as she fell asleep in his arms with a content look . He kept looking at her beautiful face till his eyes started to wear off. He entered his sleep before promising her a beautiful life ahead , promising her to give all the happiness she deserved , all the smiles she missed and all dreams she didn't get to dream .
