Rather be an regular girl or a woman in control? Poll

Please let me know what you would rather be!


If you had to choose ONE trait what would it be?
Since Saanjh and Maya respectively have only one of these traits, which would you choose?
I see a constant clash between how ppl tend to compare Maya and Saanjh
If you had a choice then who would you decide to be
I personally would consider myself to be Maya, because you only get life once and if you really want something you should try your best to get it. :) I totally love the fact the now women are becoming more and more powerful whether it be in any field! They shouldn't be shy to voice their opinions and express their feelings! If Saanjh wasn't scared to express her feelings the story would've been something else today! That's why I definitely would want myself to be more like Maya, so I don't miss any opportunities in life and later on have no regrets as to thinking damn I should've done that at that time

Seeing this show, has showed me there is no point in being a chui Mui and being afraid to express your feelings, it brings you nothing but regrets later on! 😕

Why are you framing your poll as if being an empowered woman and having morals are mutually exclusive traits?

this poll is totally useless !
because person who has created it , is biased as the options given here are only her point of view not of a neutral viewer who may see maya. and saanjh from different perspective.

The point of the poll is who would u rather be
A powerful girl with guts that is bold and expressive?
Or be a shy girl that has morals higher than the sky?

It's just a simple question... don't see how it's biased?

This is what people mistake on this forum. This show isn't a mere gender swapped Mills and Boon love/hate story. None of the Gul Khan heroes ever were manipulative and cunning and they certainly never were unethical. This is exactly the reason why despite Maya's voluminous emotional baggage as a result of a troubled childhood, I can't relate to her as a character.

I'd rather be a combination of Maya and Saanjh with copious levels of Saanjh's empathy and Maya's mental agility (although in her case it's misdirected)

Nice try to show Maya in good light there! I'm impressed. But alas! It doesn't help. Why should I manipulate situations and people to get what I want. There are better and correct ways to achieve things. If doing unethical stuff in the name of being strong n independent is ur agenda, then I'm happy being a regular girl who does things in an untwisted/right way.

Maya has the guts to achieve what she wants, by harming and manipulating others. That's not what one means by "woman in control", sorry.

Saanjh on the other hand, has her own flaws. She's clingy and has no life beyond Arjun, but is still a mature and compassionate human being who never harms others

Maya clearly has had some medical condition but straight up calling her out for being psycho is not right. Despite having a medical condition she is extremely successful... So many people can have medical conditions yet they are successful for example Stephen hawking who is paralyzed is a the biggest genius and innovator this world has ever seen in terms of the science field...
