She succumbed to pressure when her father was ready to kill Atharv.It took her that much to go against her will and marry someone.
She had no reason other than her love for Atharv for not accepting Ravish as her husband. When Atharv was missing presumed to be dead she wanted to move on with her life rather than accepting Ravish.
So it is quite clear that it is either Atharv or stay single at this point in time and for her the choice is NOT between Atharv and Ravish.
She may have been a weak woman till she got to know the truth about her father. She has seen Suman suffer in a loveless marriage and she had seen Sujata who was not acknowledged publicly as a wife embrace widowhood she got to know why and how her mother stayed in abusive marriage.
The girl who was engaged to be married to Atharv has grown a lot since the day she had seen what kind of a man her father had been with her own eyes.
Her being nice to Ravish and Suman is not because she is married to Ravish it is because she felt bad for them and they were nice people who did not deserve to be caught in this.
So it is either life with Atharv and if not that then be on her own.
