I think atharv will say this. Sujata may also encourage him to say so.

Atharv will NEVER say you have to stay in the marriage. He will leave it up to Vividha to decide.

Well if makers stick true to Atharv's character, then he will leave it up to Vividha to decide what she wants. He might become a bit distant with her, but never will he impose any decision on her.
