Yup, that's her!

Britney Spears was rushed to the emergency room on Thursday night after a stand-off with police.

Cops were called to the trainwreck's house after she refused to hand over custody of her kids to Kevin Federline's bodyguard.

The showdown lasted almost FOUR hours and K-Fed showed up, as did his lawyer and a representative for Spears law firm, you know, the ones that want to quit.

Police have said that Spears was discovered to be under the influence of an unknown substance.

Thankfully the children are back with K-Fed now and Spears will be held for psychiatric evaluation at the hospital.

Hopefully the court will order Britney to undergo 30 days - or more - of mental evaluation.

Update: Spears was taken to Cedars Medical Center, we're hearing.

seriously? It seems as if she doesn't even care about her kids. What is she trying to prove? By not giving custody to Kevin she wants to show that she loves her kids, but why would she take drugs? By taking drugs she just proves that she does love her children but shes only doing it to get back at Kevin.

Honestly, I feel so bad for her kids that they have to go through this at this young age. I even heard that the court ordered her boys to be drug tested on the request of Brittney. She thinks that Kevin does pot around them. Truly sad indeed.

Oh god. I think it's about time Brittney Spears leaves the country and heads off somewhere, where she can relax get away from the media and think about whats seriously happening. This is so ridiculous, I can't believe her mom or anyone in her family isn't straightening her out. Yeah shes young but she's the mother of two kids too how long will she act like this?
