Dev is closing only the trading company, ie., business in stocks and shares. It is only a stock exchange business. Its something like a gambling in business. As per Dev, he will be investing in many business, so further he will not do trading business.

Dev will give billions to Sona and Suhana

him selling off the trading company he surely has other plans

he knows Sona is a businesswoman , he is not selling his company so he refuse to see to his daughter and why will there be a custody when Sona already told Suhana its her choice if she wants to see her father

Dev will surely want to be part of his daughter life but he will not put his child through pain of a custody battle

As far as custody of a girl child ...his character and his prenup can work against him...and yes when the company is in loss then how will the court hand over the child to a parent who is not earning ...

These days court also asks kids for their opinion , with whom they would prefer to stay...there is something else because of which he closed his company...will have to wait and watch
