Dangal
The biggest, most heart-warming film of the year deserves a stellar cast. We're thinking Russell Crowe as Mahavir Singh Phogat, Brie Larson as Geeta Phogat, and Shailene Woodley as Babita Phogat. What do you think?
Dear Zindagi
For this unique, adorable pairing of Shah Rukh Khan and Alia Bhatt, we think the Hollywood counterparts that would really work would be Johnny Depp as Dr. Jehangir Jug' Khan, and Jennifer Lawrence as the troubled Kaira. Sounds like an interesting pairing, right?
Pink
We think this empowering film would do well with Denzel Washington as Deepak Sehgal, Blake Lively as Meenal Arora, Gemma Arterton as Falak Ali, and Zoe Kravitz as Andrea Tariang. And for Rajvir Singh, James Franco would be ideal.
Ae Dil Hai Mushkil
For KJo's newest film, we're thinking Joseph Gordon-Levitt as Ayan Sanger, Emma Stone as Alizeh Khan, Scarlett Johansson as Saba Taliyar Khan, and Chris Pine as DJ Ali would be ideal.
Kapoor and Sons
Another lovely film from 2016, Kapoor and Sons, deserves a great ensemble cast. We're thinking Kate Winslet and Mark Ruffalo as the parents, Sunita and Harsh Kapoor; Martin Sheen as the grandfather, Amarjeet Kapoor, Zac Efron as Arjun (played by Sidharth Malhotra), Ryan Gosling as Rahul (played by Fawad Khan), and Emma Watson as Tia Malik.
