And when Atharv Sujata says he will make everything okay, you believe him.
Like Vividha did for that one second, when she wasn't full of guilt lying to Atharv, or feeling bad for Ravish's sadness and the fact that she has no love for him. That one second when she leaned back in Atharv's arms and told him she knew everything would be okay. Because that's the peace and comfort only Atharv can give her. And when Atharv tells her that it feels like it's been ages since he was close to her, she tells him that they were never that far away from each other that they need to measure the distance. Because Atharv Sujata was always within her heart and soul.Ravish did the one thing that I did expect him to do. He told Vividha he would start divorce proceedings. Ravish could see from Vivi's tears how this lying to Atharv was tearing her apart. But 'mother of the year' Uma overheard. I think the only ever time I've truly liked Uma was when she told Vivi to run from Kailaash at her wedding and go to Atharv at the mandir. I thought at that time she'd changed. But this woman has proved time and time again that she never will. Her daughter's feelings matter nothing to her. The only thing that is important is that Vivi walked around the fire and married Ravish. I loved what Vivi said. A marriage can never be successful on a lie. Relationships are made from the heart, not from phere.. Vivi was very clear that she only respected Ravish and he deserved better then what she could give him.Seeing Atharv Sujata roaming around the house did make me a little nostalgic for baby Atharv. For the Vashishts too, this is a completely different person. A confident young man making friendly chitchat at the dining table as opposed to the bratty baby with his demands. How delighted was Chutki when she saw her chotu. I loved Atharv's interaction with her. Poor Chutki. How happily she was showing her chotu a new water bottle and his favourite bananas as a confused Atharv looked on. I loved the way he made her sit with him and asked her if she would be his friend.Atharv is beginning to get some flashes of memory. Especially when he got lost in the house and walked into Suman's room and straightaway said her name. But of course, how would he know that's Sumans room.Atharv now wants to leave and go back to his home and business. This is the Atharv Sujata we all know. Never dependant on anyone nor wishing to overstay his welcome. Do people still think this elf-made man will want anything to do with Ramakants property?Vivi was very clear again today. The marriage means nothing to her and she wants a divorce. And the most important thing is she wants to tell Atharv the whole truth. Despite what happens next.
Mother of the year! đ you are right! Uma takes the cake for the being the worst mother. But then again, whom am I kidding - unfortunately mostly women from that era have the same mindset; a proud breed of this cruel society. I wrote an exhaustive view on this issue under Reemz post about Uma - so I'll spare your post :P
Two things stood out for me today - well three!
1- The beginning where Atharv's craving to be with her and she's suffocated by the society, the barriers, and the phanda' around her neck. She can't breathe freely, she can't show the man she loves, that she equally wants to be with him. The way she pushed Atharv's hand away, to me was frustration inside her. Frustration of not being able to reciprocate his touch, his love and more so for not being able to breathe freely.
2- Her confrontation with Uma - I wish there be many many more where she slaps some sense into that woman. I wish she had said to her Atharv' loves me too and I love him. What kind of a mother are you? But Vividha respects her mother so she didn't. But I wish that she will gather some courage to give some serious awakening calls to SuSuMa - I am baffled by their ability to lead a blind hollow life and not only that, PUSH and FORCE another girl (who is a daughter for all three by claim or by birth) to do the same. For what? For a man who apparently fell in love with her within 1 day? RIGHT!
3- Pre-Cap - I was so mad yesterday when they decided to hide the truth and boy was I happy to see Vividha saying the truth. I expected it from HER and no one else and I AM so glad it came from her. I am so proud of her. I hope they don't show Atharv fainting and not getting the whole truth, cuz I'll be so mad.
I'm getting to emotionally involved with this track and it's unhealthy. Lol .. but I'm looking forward to Atharv knowing the truth and THEN the real show will begin.
P.s. - I love your post!

Whispa even though today was a good episode I feel so drained. It's bcoz the story is moving in circles. Tomorrow again they r gonna lie to keep him there. May be uma ll choose to stay back herself đ anyway I know viv won't be able to say anything to him tomorrow. At the dining table he started small talk with vipul. He was the first unmasked creep in v fam. It's only logical atharv starts from him. When he gets to know everything I'm sure he ll show vipul his place. Of course if cvs still haven't forgotten he molested vividha.Atharv is going to find the truth out his way. He is getting flashes.he ll reach to the end of it.He is gonna be very broken.Today there were many symbolism in the story. Like the MS choking viv.she is guilty for hiding things from atharv and not being able to be herself with him.And the other one was when atharv entered interrupting uma viv convoI'm copy pasting my comment from the other thread.Jo aap chaahengi wahi hoga. Jo aap nahi chaahengi woh kabhi nahi hoga.Today too he asked who is sad let me make them happy. So he ll think viv moved on. Without confronting her he may go away.It ll be vivi who goes behind him to explain the truth to him. Today she said u.u have suffered a lot and u deserve happiness.his happiness is she herself.Since she loves him beyond limits she ll not rest until he understands the situation and stands with her.No words . Literally no words for uma. đĄAll the mothers are hell bent on becoming mom for ravish that they have orphaned their own kids atharv and vividha. Happiness of only one person matters now ie ravish.
And suzi Wat do I say. Never is she happy her son is alive. Always revolving around ravish. In precap too she is so afraid war would viv tell him rather than how it would affect atharv. So I'm getting the vibes that suzi wants to get rid of viv from their life. That's the reason she wants viv to stay married to R.
Susuma disgust me

Love love love Uma, she is best women, best mom. Uma is the best because she can completely forget about her own daughter heart, happiness. Simply best. She probably did not even try to figure out why vivi were crying! The MOM.
