I wouldn't mind if he wins as per votes as he is the most likable commoner and many ex-contestants also like him.. But if he wins as per the decision of BB team and only to justify the commoner theme then a big NO !!

Some points worth mentioning. Someone said about season 6 only after that season either Viacom or Colors made it public that they are audited by PWC and their audit reports are open for public viewing.

How then the channel plays? They would form narratives, they would not show anything of contestant they want to eliminate and would always show everything about a contestant who they want to promote. They would bring back eliminated contestant or send them to secret room. We know this all has been done. As far as voting is concerned what has come to light with other voting based shows as NB or Indian Idol, at least first and last episode is audited but the auditing companies have every right to audit any of the voted episode in between.

How else then the Producers try to achieve desired winners? Every season there are people who supposed to have insider information, these leakage of information is either deliberately done or is not stopped to gain ulterior motives. This is at crucial junctures they are fed wrong information for example they will say maybe on a Tuesday or Wednesday producers decided that a certain contestant is eliminated. What happens is his/her supports raises a storm in social media and everywhere and does not vote enough. So technically the person looses out on votes.

Coming to the clause, they can put in any clause but at the end of the day when public money is involved they have justify the same, they can say of we are extending the game for 3 more weeks if they do not get the result but they cannot change the final votes else they can end up in civil and criminal proceedings.

So that's why I have been saying keep on voting for your favorite in spite of whatever you hear till the last minute. Hope I made some sense.
