Chapter 1 : The Encounter

24-year-old Khushi arrives in Mumbai from Pune to join a Detective Agency the advertisement of which she had read in the newspaper. The job offer is only for orphans. Arnav Singh Raizada, 27, too is in Mumbai to join the same Agency. They both accidentally meet and also knowingly or unknowingly help the police to get hold of a goon named Gagan. Later, Arnav being a flirt tries to impress Khushi but she ignores. Part ways not knowing they would meet again the next day.

Chapter 2 : The Challenge

Khushi reaches the office of the Detective Agency and tells the receptionist that she wishes to meet Mr. Shashi Gupta, who had given the advertisement in the newspaper. She is told to wait and is surprised to see Arnav entering the office. Both argue with each other as to who is a better candidate for joining the Detective Agency. There are hundreds of other candidates as well. Shashi's assistant Lavanya makes an announcement that of the two detectives required, one is already selected and now only one more will be chosen from all those who have applied. Arnav and Khushi challenge each other that if one gets selected the other one will have to do whatever the first person says. Though Arnav and Khushi keep quarrelling every now and then, they team up against all others.

Chapter 3 : No Surname?

The interviews for the lone post begin. Arnav and Khushi share their past with each other. They share things about family and being an orphan. Arnav tells how he was born as Arnav Malik and how he became Arnav Singh Raizada. Khushi shares her sorrow of not having a family and neither a surname. Arnav and Khushi are attracted to each other. Later Arnav is called in for the inteview.

Chapter 4 : Eyes Believe in Themselves

Arnav enters Shashi's cabin for the interview and sees that Shashi is a very funny person. Shashi is surprised by Arnav's observation skills as Arnav reveals many things about the office and also about Shashi. Arnav also tells Shashi about his little adventure of getting Gagan caught the day before and that Khushi too had helped. He tells Shashi that Khushi too is waiting outside for her turn to be interviewed. Later, Khushi asks Arnav about his interview. Soon, it's Khushi's turn.

Chapter 5 : SPYDER

Khushi enters the cabin for her interview. Khushi's craziness drives Shashi crazy. But he doesn't ignore the fact that Khushi has helped the police in getting Gagan caught. Khushi is surprised to know that Arnav recommended her. After her interview Khushi tells Arnav all that happened and Arnav is mesmerised seeing her speak. After all the interviews, Khushi and Arnav are called in. They now know that one of them will be selected and they feel sad thinking that they won;t meet again. But Shashi surprises them by selecting both of them. Shashi tells them that their thirst partner, who is already selected, is Mr. Shyam Manohar Jha.

The Detective Agency is registered in the name of SPYDER. Arnav, Khushi and Shyam are given special training and then they are certified as detectives. Arnav, Khushi, Shyam and Lavanya are given a bungalow to stay and are made to sign a contract with the agency. Advertisements are given in the newspaper announcing the opening of SPYDER Detective Agency.

Chapter 6 : Get Set... Go!!

It's Sunday, a day before the first official day of SPYDER. Khushi gets upset seeing Lavanya trying to get close to Arnav. Arnav notices that and teases Khushi more. Shashi sends a full time servant named Ramlal to the bungalow. Shyam goes out without informing anyone and returns late. He avoids answering any questions from his team mates. Later at night, Arnav warns Khushi to be alert and safe. They both spend good time together.
