If i were Tia I would be worried and careful. She is risking her happiness for her Family's Revenge once more.

It is true that when you are pregnant you have to be extra careful for the first 3 months as those are the crucial months. Everything and anything you do affects the growth of the child. Besides, because you are tired some women tend to be clumsy or have high stress levels that result in high BP.
Stress, bad thoughts, negativity because these thoughts, obviously, affect one physically as well.
She is taking this child as lightly as she took it's father. She has already lost Robin because of her foolishness and family now if she is not careful she can risk losing her child.
Her temper and clash with Annika is making her careless towards her health. If she loses the child she has lost the last link with the man she claimed to love.
If she ends up in the hospital with injuries she may end up giving Shivvay the proof he needs that it is not his child.
