DP or PC Who Rocked The Metallic Blue Skirt

We definitely didn't see that coming! Deepika Padukone actually channelled a look that Priyanka Chopra had aced last year while on Good Morning America! So recently the actress attended xXx: Return of Xander Cage promotions held in London, wearing a Christopher Kane ensemble. While we found DP extremely radiant, we soon realised that a very similar pattern was worn by PeeCee for Good Morning America, in 2016! You heard that right. The metallic blue skirt is the exact replica of what Priyanka had donned, only longer. Even the tops they chose to match the skirt with are of similar shades. Although the sandals had different hues, nevertheless, the pattern was the same.

For DP's London promotions, DP chose this shimmery blue Christopher Kane number. Despite being very plain and minimal, DP's chic avatar instantly became our favourite! We have got to credit her new stylist Elizabeth Saltzman for bringing together such a cool ensemble. Unlike the risque mistakes she made in the past, Deepika played it safe as she sported this chic look. With the Christopher Kane outfit and matching pair of metallic blue Tamara Mellon heels, she looks gorgeous. If you notice carefully, her makeup has also been done really well. Just like her ensemble even her makeup has been kept minimal. However, we feel the real winner here is how she styled her hair. We've seen Padukone don this kind of hairdo in the past where her tresses rest neatly on her shoulders. Priyanka Chopra too donned a very similar ensemble in the past. Last year, the actress visited Good Morning America to promote her TV series, Quantico. The actress wore this pretty metallic blue skirt with her Galvin zip back top. Letting her hair down in a classic Priyanka style, the diva chose to keep her makeup minimal. Basically, Deepika has worn a very similar look that PeeCee had in the past. In fact, even the sandals are the same! While DP has worn a metallic blue strappy heels, Priyanka chose a nude hued strappy heels. Clearly, this look of DP is a cut to cut copy of PeeCee's with very slight variations.

After coincidentally sharing the same designer at the Golden Globes after party, the divas have surely found another string that pulls them closer! In case you didn't know, both the actresses wore gowns by Ralph Lauren couture and rocked it. Here, Deepika is sporting a look very similar to Priyanka. DP for sure!!!! She looks so so stunning & modelsque & the colour looks so nice on her. Everything has been put together so well! PC would've been much much better if she had worn a better shirt. Seemed a bit weird with this sort of skirt, maybe a formal white or an ice-blue would've looked nice.

DP looked fab from head to toe.. PC looked like she wore whatever top she could find on that skirt , it doesn't look put together... maybe a crop jacket on that too would have helped...
