Was CID right in trying for strict punishment for that man ?

Ok . I am really liking these days episodes . Am loving this thriller type of formula . And trio has more screen space now & imp role .
In sunday's case we all know that victim was very cruel & heartless man . He have done many things wrong . This killer was innocent first. He is not a criminal . That man killed his son . I don't believe police's statment where he says the fault was of that kid . And even if it was what that man did after that was certainly cruelty . So why CID didn't try anything for him ? Why they didn't try for his minimum punishment ? How can ACP say : " Tumhe kadi se kadi saja hogi" . They can plead for minimum punishment for him . Of course he have taken law in his hand . But it was clear that law didn't do anything to that man where he did so many crimes (victim)

This is the first time may be on CID I saw that a child died,.may be a flashback but it happens.. otherwise we have not seen children dying in cid... but yes cid has given him the correct punishment.. he thought carrying the child would dirty his car seats...😔 cid is doing a good job...

Taking law into one's own hands is not allowed. At least acp didn't say phaansi. So , I think that's fair enough.

I think you got confused . The man who refused to take child in his car was already killed by child's father which was revealed in the end . I am talking about father only . CID is giving punishment to child's father because he killed that car owner .

oops sorry..okay my point of view... actually our law says not to take any laws in your own hands...CID follows perfectly the laws... from the father's point of view, it was obvious to take revenge but any criminal action which physically or psychologically hurts a person is a crime in the eyes of the law. He could have knocked the door of the bureau or the police station to find justice for his son.
