Sorry I didnt see the last two episodes...so let me get this right? Shivaay said that the ONLY time he was afraid was when Annika was kidnapped by Daksh? No other time he was afraid? Because at the start we saw that his brother's being harmed or being in danger of any kind always put fear in him. He is now contradicting himself? I dont mind if he has fears for Annika, but to say that was the ONLY time he was afraid? Rings false and they are ruining his character.
I am married. So I know that being married does not mean you forget all your previous relationships. Even today, I can give my life for my sister and I beleive the same applies for her. The love between us was and will always remain steadfast till our last breath. Just because we have husbands that wont change. Yes they are the most important men in our lives. But that doesnt mean we dont rate each other, or that our "Dad" is no longer important to us. You dont devalue your old relationships to give value to your new ones. Those old relationships are the one's that taught you how to love someone in the first place.
As for Annika's importance in Shivaay's life? We all saw how important she was when he pushed her aside and annouced Tia as his wife. Even now she is like a dirty secret and she even signed the divorce papers but still acting like his wife. Most women once they sign divorce papers move out. They dont live with that man till divorce comes through, fighting with his other woman. (But clearly this is what gets TRP so they will show it). I dont understand why they have to show as if Shivaay gives so much importance to Annika when who she is to him is not even known by anyone outside OM? So they make him say lines like this, instead of giving her some "Real" respect? I am not sold on it at all. The story has too many loopholes and dont make sense!
