Its probably post traumatic stress disorder, she isnt suffering from multiple personality disorder cuz that wud make her forget who she is and become totally a new person, in this case she remembers who she is and her problems and shows a fight or flight response like classic PTSD patients, she may have bipolar disorder as well but ptsd is sure due to the trauma ashwin inflicted upon her in her childhood esp on her 9th bday

Yup PTSD for sure
And bipolar disorder could be a possibility
