they r now in "almost BFF" state 😆 ...tht much comfort level these 2 r sharing...notice tht love can hide things...REAL friendship can't do tht fr long... behavioral traits explains everything if there is something wrong ...and abt ur question ...frankly speaking...office means another set arrangement , decorations and cost issues , another set of casts etc. etc. ...so production house & channel may not be interested in it ... but they do gave and still give those scences where shivaay do work frm home ...or related things like meeting , signing deals ...and bosses r allowed to bunk 😉
