I don't think he will leave her. I think his promises now are such that he would have to choose between Anika and family and for his promises he would leave the family ruse the commencement of the Vanvaas track
About Anika although I don't find her behaviour clingy I don't find it child like as well because even a child doesn't like to stick someone who has insulted it multiple times and have hit them for no reason
I don't agree with you, I think he will leave her.
ShivIka are fighting a losing battle here; she's seeking assurance from him because he still has not told her where she stands in his life. He's trying hard to hold on to whatever they have, because he desperately wants her.
I doubt that that is enough.
In the scheme of things, she will still fall short on his list of priorities. He agreed to the divorce immediately after he heard what he had to do, but his desire to stay with her stops him.
But when its a bigger threat?
The Great Wall will win out against idyllic, almost-in-love husband, Shivaay. As hard as it for us to stomach, Annika still isn't enough for Shivaay. And only after the separation track, when he realises what he was about to lose, will he actually realise her true value.
And I honestly don't think the Vanvaas track will be because of the female leads, or any of the brothers' journey towards finding love. I feel like it will be more of an internal issue between the brothers themselves, because that would make the situation more heartbreaking to watch. I've always thought that Shivaay and Omkara's values will eventually clash, and we have seen examples of that in earlier episodes. And do you honestly think, that Gul Khan's typical self-sacrificial female leads will stand by and let the relationship between the brothers be ruined because of them?
Saumya and Annika both realise the value of what these brothers share. Annika has shown to be touched, and is always shown to really respect what they have. She moves away from OBro moments, tries to keep them together when they're fighting and knows what his brothers mean to Shivaay. As the TM said, I think that its due to her lack of family, that Annika values it so much.
Saumya, too, has been very respectful of how their brotherhood. Even though she has numerously been told by Om that she is his sister, she is very hesitant of joining family moments because she still wants to maintain that line of respect. She has also been seen telling Rudra how lucky he is to have his brothers, because she similar to Annika, has lost her family.
I doubt these two (lets not consider Om's lead!) women will be the reason that the brothers separate.
And really? I agree with the TM when she thinks that Annika's behaviour is almost childlike, to be very honest. A child is relentless in their search for affection, and very few take their problems head on with their ego standing in their way.
A loveless or neglected person, and such that Annika is right now (and always has been), is desperate to find affection, and usually terrified to lose any such person who cares for them, or that they care for.
Just my take on things!
ps. Good post, TM â¤ď¸
