| With barely few episodes on air, Star One's Nach Baliye already has a competitor. Sony Television has announced its new show called Celebrity Fame Gurukul and has roped in nine television stars for the show who will be seen competing with each other. Celebs who have been signed for the same are Tanaaz Currim, Smita Bansal, Vinod Singh, Hansika (from Hum Do Hain Na), Bobby Darling, Bakhtiar and Ajay Gehi to name a few. When we got in touch with actor Bakhtiar Irani, he refused to speak on the same, saying, "I have been under contract from the channel and cannot disclose anything about it." But actress Smita Bansal was more supportive and spoke about her singing talents. Sounding excited, she said, "It's a great challenge for me because I have never sung in my life and I think singing needs a lot more practice. The reason why I have taken up this show was only because of its uniqueness." When asked if she considers Nach Baliye a competitor, Smita said, "I think dancing is what celebs know and are aware of, but singing is quite difficult. I wanted to watch the episode of Nach Baliye, but missed it." The shooting for the show will start from Thursday when the Fame Jodi's are announced. The set up for the show is just the same along with the judges. |
