That's a tough one but I too think it will be Naina. She will try her level best to understand Karan. Plus she will melt in a puddle of goo when she finds out the reason for his umbrella!!

I don't think we would have Karan falling for her first. Because she does not show him any compassion or treats him any different than others who see him to be attached to the umbrella. So I think it would be Naina who would fall for him and would win him over with her love.
