Geet settles slowly at KC...

She has made a few friends there and also she has found someone to help her out with her struggle in Adi...

She clears her doubts regarding legal points about her case...

Adi is not an expert but he guides her suggesting some law books and referring to past cases regarding honour killing...

Geet tells him that it's for one of her college assignments that she needs such information...

Adi is ready to help as long as Pinky is hanging out with them...

It's been a month and Geet has even got her first salay which she uses to buy a small gift for Pinky and uncleji...they also go out for dinner that night...

Geet feels much more confident and stronger, she knows that she can do it...she is on a mission and she has just started in the right direction...

One evening Get gets a call from Mrs.Mini tha she has some work next day...

She said about meeting someone...must be some client...

Geet is wating for Mrs.Mini at the conference hall as she had received message from Mrs.Mini that they have an important meeting with a very very important person this morning.

Geet wants to show her sincerity to Mrs.Mini who believes that Get is here just b'coz the MD likes her and not on any merits from her side. Here she is brimming with enthusiasm ready to jump into action. But she has been waiting for a long time, though she had come a little earlier, it's almost 10 am and there is no sign of any meeting.

Then Pinky comes in search of Geet...

Pinky: Geet, Geeet, what are you doing here? Mini m'am is looking for you

Geet: what? where is everyone?

Pinky: at work

Geet: but what about the meeting?

Pinky: what meeting?

Geet rushes to see Mini...

Geet: mmm mmm m'am

Mini: what's the rush? Why are you late?

Geet: hmm I'm not late? I came earlier today

Mini: where were you?

Geet: hh mm oh meeting

Mini: let's go, come on. We are already late

Geet: but where?

Mini: to meet someone special

Geet is surprised...: who is that?

Mini: you just come with me and find out yourself

Geet and Mini take the company car and land in some palace, Geet is wondering what kind of a place it is? A start hotel?

Mini: hurry Geet, the chairman is waiting to meet you

Geet: chairman? Where are we?

Mini: this is the Khorana Mansion where the KC chairman lives

Geet: but Dev sir is the boss, haina?

Mini: I'm talking about his boss

Geet: but why would I meet his boss? I just work for him

Mini: b'coz the chairman wants to meet you

Geet: then why not at KC?

Mini: don't keep asking questions, just wait for the answers

Geet then keeps quiet...she decides it's better to maintain silence here...

As they enter Geet just observes the place mostly occupied by servants...

She doesn't understand why she has come here and why the chairman is keen to meet her!!!!!!!!!!

Mini takes Get upstairs to meet the chairman after they get the permission to meet...

Geet quietly follows her...

Mini: good morning m'am

Mini looks at Geet who is shocked to see a majestic old lady riding a wheel chiar in front of her instead of soe big boss as she had imagined...

Mini: this is Ms.Geet Handa, Geeet

Geet: haan good morning m'am

she does look like a queen in command...geet thinks of her...

Mini solves the puzzle...

Mini: Geet, meet our chairman, Mrs.Savithri Devi Khorana, the grand mother of Dev Khorana

Geet is still reeling in aawwee

Savithriji: do I need more introduction Ms.Geet?

Geet: no m'am, I must say I'm very happy to meet you

First of all she is a woman heading such a huge concern which is new to Geet and moreover her condition?

Mini: we must be thankful to Savithriji for all her vision and determination to put KC on top

She just smiles as if she doesn't like such compliments...

Geet: I'm glad that I chose to work with KC

Mini: OK m'am, I leave the rest to you two, I have a urgent work at KC

She leaves and Geet just sums the previous months summary of work done at KC that was prepared by Mini...Geet learns that this is her real job and she is actually the chairman's PA...

From now on Geet takes this more personnel job of reporting the office matters to Savithri ji on a weekly basis...Mini has been doing it on a monthly basis and Savithriji is not pleased with that...she wanted someone fully dedicated for this job...she is still the head of KC and she is accountable for it's growth even though she couldn't be an active chairman...it's not that she doesn't have faith in her potha Dev but she knows that he is still nave, carefree, playful and inexperienced...she just needs to keep track of his work and mend his mistakes as and when required...

After all Dev has just taken charge a few months back after she was paralysed...

After all the official work it's time for aome personnel interactions...

Savithriji: Geet, I'm surprised that you talk very little

Geet: no m'am, but it's better to talk less and work more, haina?

Savithriji: but now the work is done and you may feel free to talk

Geet: Ok m'am

Savithriji: I heard that you are a chatter box and love talking

Geet: ji m'am

Savithriji: now I know the problem, you are scared that I'm the chairman, haina?

Geet looks curiously as Savithriji looks very keen to befriend Geet...

Savithriji: OK, you are like my pothi, why don't you call me Dadi

Geet just smiles...

Dadi: my pothas fondly call me Dadi only

Geet: ji dadi

Dadi: that sounds better, OK Geet, tell me more about your-self

Geet: I've come to Delhi recently for my higher studies and I'm staying with Pinky, my family is in Hoshiarpur and they are very fond of me

Geet doesn't want to share anything more now...

Dadi: Ok then, as you know I'm savithri devi Khorana, and you know about me already, all you don't know is that I hate to think that I'm old and you know

She looks at the wheel chair...she then turns around and moves to the portrait on the wall...

Geet looks at a younger dadi in it...

Dadi: ok, I don't complain, God is kind enough to keep me still working

Geet: you are great, I like you

Dadi: my only concern right now is my family, my disconnected family

Geet realizes that she must be missing the love and care of her family...she has a dozen people to take care of her but still it is not like family, haina?

Geet being a drama queen feels very bad for dadi...

Dadi: Geet, I need a small help

Geet: ji dadi

Dadi: could you please call my potha, I haven't met him for a long time

Geet thinks...what kind of a potha Dev is...terrible...

Dadi: you know him? Haina?

Geet: yes, I know him

Dadi: OK, he should be in the out house

Geet: I'll call him

Geet goes to the out house which seems void and scarily silent...no sign of any person, not even a servant as compared to so many at the mansion...

As Geet takes baby steps as it's dim lite and she doesn't know what to expect from this place, she is little scared...

She hears some noise and follows that only to find someone working out, doing his tai chi...she just stands there gazing at his bare form which is kind of inviting and seductive...Geet shrugs off, maybe it's the gloomy scenario that's making her feel awkward...but she couldn't stop watching the way he works out in his own style but with lot of aggression...Geet couldn't see his face but can tell that he is using his act to vent his pressure...

Suddenly that man disappears and Geet is little disappointed...she then remembers that she had come to call Dev and has totally forgot that...

She then move ahead looking for Dev not knowing that some one is following her closely...

Just when Geet gets a hunch that she is being followed she turns back only to be pulled by a string hand and she looses her balance and is about to fall...she is then pulled hard that she twirls and hits his tarso that's solid as rock...just as she is reeling in some unsual world hit by a lightning touch,she is being pushed off his body as if she is some prickly cactus...she is literally thrown on the ground and her ego is hurt as the basher is a man, yes, another male monster...

Geet: you you you

Geet controls her tongue for she is at a stranger's place...

Stranger : who are you?

Geet: how dare you?

Stranger how dare you enter my house?

Geet: your house? Who the damn are you?

Stranger: out out of my house, now

He catches hold of her arm and drags her out...

Geet: Dev sir, Dev sir, help, someone save me from this gunda

As that man hears Dev's name he leaves his hold and looks at her meanly... that anger has vanished...he looks at her like some lame creature not even worthy of his anger...

Stranger: yet another one, you have come to the wrong place, leave my house at once

He points to the mansion and just turns back and walks away as if nothing happened...

Geet is still puzzled and keeps looking at his familiar face...where did she see him?
