That's what I call her voice. Like she is still in her Disney mode. Thik hai, you like dolling up every time you step out of your house but at least speak like an adult. Specially when you are playing Neerja Bhanot, the lady with so many bravery awards, and you talk like 12 years old cringe-worthy!

All throughout khubsoorat, the way she screams Manju, both my hands went in my ears. Unbearable. On one side we have fawad with absolute perfect charming regal voice and then saamne we have Sonam. blasphemy. 😆

Too true though. She does speak like come che-che spoilt 12 year old queen bee!!! I hate girly voices on women either.
Not to say they should sound like men, loool, but women who exaggerate the feminity of their voices are annoying AF!!! I love PC, Kareena, Vidya voices b/c they've all that seductive warm feminity, but don't make me want to throw something at them. Shraddha's voice can be a bit annoying & so was Ash's when she was young. She's got a mature sensuality to her voice now.

MB - Precisely. Girly voice is fine but when you over do it, it misses the sincerity you are trying to portray.

Vidya is like an entire school when it comes to voice modulation. She should actually give tuition to BW newcomers.

^^ IKR?!? Vidya's voice-modulation is GOLD. ❤️ She really should start a school!! And pupil with most remedial classes is Sonam! 🤪 I've a feeling VB doesn't like Sonam. In their Roundtable she was her usual very nice & warm self, but you could sense this..reduction in her warmth every time she interacted with Sonam, also b/c Sonam was sounding like she needed 10 sympathy shots from everyone on the table & Anushka & Alia looked like they were so annoyed ESP Anu! Lmao! 😆

Sonam also has the most flat voice. She has like no variation...like a monotone. She looks the part in every movie she did, but once she opens her mouth, gone! She becomes so uninteresting.

I think Kangana has a very different voice...her voice makes her dialogue delivery look different. Whatever it is, I have never seen any actor do the double role so efficiently like she did in TWMR. Her haryanvi avatar is the best. Though I had to read subtitles to understand what she is saying, because I don't understand haryanvi 😆

@bold- completely agree..she was just brilliant in the movie..i never thought anyone can come close to what sanjeev kumar pulled in angoor playing double role of characters who even dressed the same..but kangana's act was at par..i esp loved the confrontaion between tanu and kusum where kusum puts her to place..even i couldn't understand the language but still kangana just killed it a kusum😳

i agree abt sonam..she always looks the part but when she opens her mouth..its sonam kapoor the brat-0
