Bengaluru Molestation Case:Abu Azmi's son vs Esha Gupta!

The details of the horrific Bengaluru Molestation Case are all across the media. And then the insensitive comments from senior political leaders like Abu Azmi added fuel to the fire. Instead of issuing an apology, the matter escalated when Abu's son, Farhan Azmi (actress Ayesha Takia's husband) took to Twitter and reacted to the entire matter in an appalling way.

So, Abu Azmi went on to state that women were roaming on the streets in the dark wearing short clothes on New Year's Eve and the molestation with them was bound to happen.

But. this sexist and derogatory remark didn't go down well with actress Esha Gupta, who posted a strongly-worded message regarding the same on her Twitter handle.

Farhan took deep offense to the tweet and what followed later was nothing less than shocking - he s**t-shamed Esha in a series of tweets!

Abu's son also lashed out at Farhan Akhtar and questioned his responsibility as the brand ambassador of UN Women in India.

However, what comes as a surprise is, instead of taking ownership of his father's comments, Farhan ended up evoking another controversy - a verbal insulting rant towards a woman!
