Yesterday there was a post about Sona's options. I would like to pen down what Dev's options were at the temple and what they could be now:

1. Ma: I love Sonakshi, she is very good. You started loving her like a daughter, and I felt very happy about it. She is broken by learning about her infertility. Please support her. You are the mature one!

2. Ma: this is not a fair condition. What if she never becomes pregnant, these treatments are painful. Imagine, if Neha, Riya, Nikki had to go through, would you like it? We will do it, but don;t put conditions on this.

But alas...he was tongue tied.

This is the feeling everyone gets while watching this show and esp dev. So much had to be said, needed to be said but all we got was finally dev coming clean of his lies and then begging ishwari to go with him back to house and then finally agreeing to whatever his conditions are without even a question. So much disappointed. Viewers thought wrong that infertility track was to show dev supporting sona

So valid and easy options...

How tough can it be for a guy to pick any one option? I mean how difficult can it be for Dev...

But for Dev, its fine if Sona is suffering...his lies have been forgiven, his mom is back so to show her that she comes first to him, agree to all her conditons..

Really Dev..Atleast itna to puchte ki what if all treatments fail..

Oh sorry!! How can you ask that. Sona asked the same and your reaction said everything...😡

Dev fixes the instant problems and deals with the aftermath later. We have seen numerous examples. The 'dumb' incident, the '5hour waiting' incident, 'dinner at Dixits', 'breaking his head on the car' etc etc. That's where his upbringing plays a role. Him, Ishwari and Neha lived hand to mouth. They solved the instant problems and dealt with the aftermath later

Now today, dev had no option but to agree to his mother. Standing up for Sona (which I think isn't even needed. She can speak for herself. And if anything he should have stood up for his marriage and said they need time to understand each other more) in that temple wasn't an option. Time and again I have felt Dev doesn't deal with things publicly.

Now when his mother is home, he can deal with this his way or sona's way. His way would be, fake the treatment...buy time and wait and watch

Sona's way would be ask the direct question. And either patiently go through the treatment or when it comes to breaking point, speak up

Or, they could deal with it my way 😃

Bring mummy ji home

Now go to your room and talk about how you BOTH feel

Get 24 hour care for your mother

Talk to her about your joint decision. Whatever it may be

I also saw a post on Sona's options yesterday. Great options for Sona. Most of the options were to get separate from Dev. Easy solution, right? 😉

Just wondering, why there are not that many options for Dev. Looking at your post response, Dev is definitely in difficult situation either he can leave his mom or wife. Moreover he is a complicated man to deal with 😆😆😆

He is quick fixer since from 1st episode...Quick fixes are never be correct way...As Sona was thinking the same.. Dev is taking again wrong n quick way...when he came home for asking about treatment...

Dev character is like that...we fans of this show should accept him like that way only...And we should stop for expecting the correct things from Dev character...

Even little bit , I felt sorry for Ishu last night episode...How he promised her in temple...and later on phone...tell to Sona...doesn't matter that she will become mom or not.
