Shivangi is half human & half Naagin. In fact she lived like a normal human before she crossed 25. She now has powers coz she's an ichchadhari Naagin. After her revenge completes she will lose her powers & be back as a normal human being & nothing will happen to Rocky. They will even show them having babies to continue their Naagin legacy.

Naagins can't easily become humans without suffering. Shivanya was given a boon in the end. Ritik was supposed to die but because she had Sada Suhaagan boon by Shivji himself, his life was spared and only she lost her powers and became human. But it was made clear that if Rivanya's daughter was also a Naagin then she won't be given that boon(Sada Suhaagan) and will suffer the consequences (death of the human and loosing all powers) if she slept with a human.

Sada suhagan boon was conveniently ignored. So will they care to consider the other part?

The creative team here are unpredictable. They can kill Rocky after human-naagin union or for some other reason & fill the void with Rudra. But I doubt they will go for it.

Sada Suhaagan boon was not mentioned and ignored in S2 from the start because they intended to go against it from the start BUT they did show the other part about the punishment so that will still be considered and will count.
