its definitely the defense minister
they r trying to divide the hawks

everyones saying the DM, but if it was the DM, why would he be on the Pakistan/terrorists side?? isn't he the defense minister of india? thats pretty dumb to say that he got himself to such a high post in INDIA, to only end up helping the terrorists.. i think thats the only flaw in thinking its the Defense Minister.. i think it may be the apple cutting lady.. only the DM doesnt know that.. because, notice how whenever he is talking with veer on the phone, the lady is always there.. almost as if she's listening in on the conversation. so maybe she's the spy. and the lady's probably shaheen ... as someone else on the forum mentioned...
