One thing I was confused that he easily could have tell her to get out of his room at this hous...and while the was trying to make him may on the bed and he too was laying down...he easy could have tell tia to stop all this nonsense and just leave the room as he is not comfortable.

I think Shivaay's slowly coming to terms with his feelings for Anika, especially since she has been standing up for him against the family and the world recently. I guess he can't help himself but flirt with the woman he's slowly coming to realise he loves.

As for Tia, she or rather her mother holds the sword of damocles over him in the supposed illegitimacy of Omkara. He probably is too afraid to show Tia too much resistance for fear of bringing her mother's wrath upon him and thereby allow the secret of Om to be revealed.
