If Ishaana returning article is true then I want to see the following things:
1. Om leaving the house and goes to a cafe where he sees Ishaana with a guy and thinks him as her boyfriend. He goes to Ishaana who sarcastically reminds him of his position due to his best family making him shocked.
2. Om finding out that Ishaana and that guy are close friends and Ishaana learns martial arts by him in his martial arts class while working at her dance academy. Om also learned that the guy helped Ishaana and her family and got the goons in jail along with Ishaana's father too as he only used his daughters. And he told her to learn martial arts in his class.
3. Om begins to feel jealous of them thinking them as a couple. Om is aware of her friend loving her which Ishaana is unaware of.
4. Ishaana and Om become friends. Om learns many things about world he did not knew and realizes how people without influential families struggle to live comfortably.
5. Om tells Ishaana that he loves but she rejects him saying she can't love a man whose brother can marry people for deals and even threaten to kill a child and abuse his wife everyday as he too can be like him as he never made a big step in supporting Anika convincing her to leave her abusive husband which proves his truth above family statement as fake. Om is heartbroken at her rejection but realizes what she said about his family.(Ishaana got to know about marriages with her research. No girl wants to marry a guy in whose house a man abuse a woman and dat guy does not do anything to support that woman but keep on being on good terms with that man.).
6. Om is not earning as much money as he earned with Oberoi surname. He realizes that he is nothing without Oberoi tag but determines to prove himself individually which he does. Om and Ishaana are still friends. Even Ishaana's friend is friends with Om. Ishaana's friend knows abt Ishaana rejecting Om and is jealous of him also loving Ishaana even though he likes him as a friend.
7. Om begans to succeed more with his and hard work. Ishaana is impressed with him for his hard work without his family name but still she can't love Om because of how his family members behave with everyone. Ishaana's friend realizes that Om truly loves Ishaana and decided to bring them more closer(In Gul's HHL, 2 other heroes sacrifice their love for the heroine as she loved only the main hero). He tells Ishaana to give Om a chance and she agrees.
8. She tells Om that she will give him one chance making Om happy. She tells him that they will live together in his house but in different rooms and if he or anyone of his family hurts her she will not tolerate.
9. Om returns to his house and introduces Ishaana as his gf shocking Rudra and Shivaay. They try to say something to her but Om defends her much to their shock and Ishaana's pleasure.
10. Om and Jahnvi are hurt because Svetlana tries to seduce Tej so Ishaana beats her using her martial arts skills. Svetlana is shocked and angry. Ishaana warns her to be in her limits.
I can't think more but will try to think laterš.
