What is your definition about the word Beyhad. Simply saying Had se zyda. According to title of story Had se zyda kuch bhi teek nahi. This statement is applicable to all characters in show not only Maya.
My observations are based on previous epoisodes including yesterday. It is based on each character. Feel free to disagree with me as long as no bashing of Actors includeded.
Is Love/ Obsession is Beyhad??????????????? ------------Maya
After watching decade of craps by Ekta what is the difference you feel between Maya and other vamps who run after heroes. Selfless Mahan heroines who take every humialtion willingly and in the end people recognize their value in the end only. Like Simar, Gopi and Ekta's various ones. Talking about Vamps one such vamps who created history was Komolika and Ramola . They were willy, stylish and made hero and heroines life hell as far as possible . Let's say till their death in show.
So tell me what makes Maya different. Maya is bold stylish yet has vulnerably due to her abused past. Why she want Arjun like a despo? Because Arjun is the first human contact besides her mother who taught her to face her fear. Not to run away from them. Many people can argue Maya don't love Arjun. She just obsessed about him. In my point for Maya Arjun is her protector. From her fears and abusive past.
And Mainly Ashwin. He thought her life has another color other than white. So Maya always want Arjun to be her guardian angel. Never letting him go. Can we blame her?
Is friendship is Beyhad???????????? -----Sanjh
When Sanjh first introduced she was a bubbly girl next door who is simply Arjun's friend. Not love interest.
Slowly people around her, her family and Vadana made her belive Arjun is hers only. They are perfect for each other. And sanjh began to cross lines of friendship. Suddenly she feel she was love with Arjun is all time. Both Arjun and Sanjh share a close bond. Closer than friends. When yesterday sanj recalls Arjun takes sanj as push ups that was a close scene. Still they don't feel anything at that time. Latter Sanjh feels that is another thing. Sanj is not Arjun's best friend any more. She want place in his heart as lover. If she was just a friend she would never jealous of Maya. She misunderstood Ajun saying he lied to her. About Mya. At least she should gave a chance to Arjun explain himself. Old Sanjh defintly give one. Just like she listened to Arjun when she him maya hugging in hospital. That time she was more intelligent and sane. Why sanj is feeling threatened by maya. Why she stopped being Arjun's friend first. She need to be strong and act fast if she want Arjun instead of Cry baby. In future I only prefer a sanj who is strong enough to handle every storm including maya.
Is Motherhood is Beyhad?????????????/--------------Vadana and Suman
I would say yes. Motherhood is really Beyhad. A mother can go any extent for her child's happiness. But she should also acknowledge In what her child's happiness lies. Vadana is fear she will lose Arjun is another girl come in picture. She refuse to give a chance to Maya beacause she loves sanj more. she also need to greatful that Maya saved her family twice not Sanjh. If Arjun can give second chance to Vandu why can't she give a chance to maya.
Is Ambition is Beha??????????????---------Arjun.
He is the root of all. Lets say evils becoz that won't be a big word.
Arjun is carefree yet ambitious guy who want to top of world. He want every thing. And maya is key to his success. He knew it well. He was attracted to Maya. To her power ,money and luxury. At the same time he understands Maya need someone in her vulnerabilities. Yesterday he was damn happy when he learns he travels in Business class not economy. This shows his ambition or hunger for luxary. IT is ture he takes sanj for granted. But it is his perception sanj will always there for him but not an golden chance like maya. Let's say he was lured to Maya jaal. But who choose to stay there. Only Arjun himself.
I won't say Arjun Love Maya. But only her glitter and power.
I won't say Arjun love Sanj. But only her skills as his problem solver.
What made Arjun realize Vandana's worth after all these years. His ego and wrong perception.
So is it Arjun's ambitions Beyhad...
