I wanted to post this 2 days ago but bad internet and slow IF didn't let me post.😆 It's working well so i didn't wanna let this opportunity go. 😃

After the CR episode of Gaurav and bani i am seeing gaurav in a different light and what he actually meant by Gaurav Chopra THE ACTOR.

Actually Gaurav is using bani's statement against herself. bani said about priyanka that you have to ignore her and gaurav is applying that for bani. 👏 😆 In real Gaurav Chopra the actor is with bani and real with others. He told this many times but i didn't pay that much attention but what he told 2 days ago that i have mastered this not reacting act i actually thought him as a different person. The way he reacted in confession room proved that. She literally called him a useless sidekick in CR but he didn't react. 👏 He knows bani is hopeless and there is no use saying anything to her. He knows he has made a mistake aligning with wrong person and there is no way out and therefore he just lets whatever filth bani spews bounce of him. 😆

Where as in case of mona he was seen happily enjoying and talking normally with Mona. Gaurav and mona actually look good. And he cares a lot about what mona thinks. Gets angry at her small words whereas with bani nothing from her affects him at all. Anyway we get angry with people who we like and expect something from. 😛😉 When he had to pick someone for date he had to pick bani because of obvious reasons. 😆 he even said if the initial situations would have been different his choice would have been different. 😛😆 Why would he go and manao mona and enjoy with her full heartedly if he likes to be the actor? He is the actor only with bani. 😉👏

Maan gaye gaurav, what a master player. ⭐️👏 I wont call him doormat at all and surely not disappointed of him. 😃

After manveer and rohan he also deserves winning purely because of tolerating whatever filth bani spews at him. Not just BB trophy but he also a bravery award for tolerating bani. 👏

Unless he screws himself (which a person of his caliber has just 1% chance of doing) i don't see him changing his behaviour. This is his game plan and its working for him. 👏

I know many people will have the argument of unseen videos but i base my opinion on whatever i see. I dont have even the 10% tolerance power of gaurav chopra to tolerate watching bani. 😳

sorry this technique of gaurav is making him look like a doormat
you are right that he is not his real self with bani thats why I dislike him

rohan is more deserving than gaurav

Sure he will look a doormat to a lot of people, Was the same with me but not after the CR episode. I am seeing things from a different POV. 😛

And thankfully someone agrees with me that Gaurav is the actor with bani and not real. 😃

Your analysis about the Bani/Mona angle is apt. I also think that he is "Gaurav the actor" with Bani and his real self with Mona.

I'm not sure about whether it's his game Suyash 😆, but the above definitely cemented his selective reactions. He's been so pissed, whether vocally or expression-wise, whenever his being Bani's sidekick/doormat has been alluded to - on weekends, the PC, caller, etc. And yet - here Bani is, announcing to him, the HMs and the viewers that she thinks the only way he can, and deserves to go ahead in the game is because he's with her.

Lol she couldn't have been clearer about her opinion if she'd painted a 'sidekick' sign on his forehead. And Gaurav had zero reaction to this. I don't think she's ever insulted him as badly as this, and she's insulted him plenty. When your friends can humiliate you so, who needs rivals? 🥱

If I leave everyone else, and compare that only to Mona - forget insults, even little disagreements with Mona affect him so much - anything negative she says stings - he reacts - shouts - and then goes and manaos her. Her opinion totally matters to him. And others too - Lopa ho chahe Manveer - if they say something negative about him, he reacts strongly. Bani's disrespect simply bounces off him.

Definitely two sides to a personality - so maybe you're on to something 😆. But I still think it wasn't so smart - he was my favourite going in - so much potential, but the selective spine really put me off - still find him likeable, but one should not be selective in demanding respect and/or letting disrespect slide, IMO. And you can literally see that he's not the sort of person that would tolerate the kind of bullshit Bani dishes, in real life - friend or not.

Coming back to topic, yes I agree with you.

Gaurav has maintained this since day 1 that he is in the show as an actor. Even when he was questioned by a caller once about his allegiance with Bani and being her shadow, he said that he has an image to maintain and that he was tolerating all of it because it won't seem nice if he were to give it back to her.

So yes. He is an actor in front of Bani. Its clear he wouldn't take such nonsense from anyone in real life. Woh toh his bad luck that he got stuck with the wrong person. Neither can he leave her, nor can he be rude/real with her. Best solution: Ignore her.
