Maya's nanaji had died signing off his will in Maya's name. But we don't know how he had died. Maybe Maya was close to her nanaji. Maybe ashwin killed her nanaji to get all the wealth but was left in shock when he found out everything was in Maya's name. Then ashwin could've blamed Maya for the murder, and that's why she still has many court cases... This is a wild guess Lmfao

I agree with your wild guess.. It has to be something more than just a psychological order.. If only a mental disorder she could still gain sympathy from arjun stating her being tortured affectd her mentl health...arjun would surely help her in getting treatment.. But she is afraid arjun will hate her.. So it has to be something major along wth her being suffering from maybe PTSD.. Or even bipolar.. I have read, childhood abuse often leads to bipolar disorders..

I used to think same Sharmin, beofre yesterday episode that maybe its girl child prblm..i had a view that maybe due to maya, jhanvi had a miscarrage carrying boy whch made Ashwin go mad... Bcoz if you see flashbacks, maya remembers being ill treated when she was 9 yrs old.. Aftr that her torture began.. But in mondays episode maya mentioned that aswhin had a problem wth a child, boy or girl doesnt matter.. So now i m trying to think of another possible reason...
