I agree completely agree with you Ann dear...there can only be 3 possibilities.

This is what I was thinking since yesterday's precap.

Dai Maa: Oberoi 'Sahab' ka 'barra' beta Najaiz hai.

The lady was around Dadi's age so no matter how big personality Teh is she wouldn't call him Sahab, Beta would do. The Kapoors missed something big time. Tej can't be an illegitimate child, he might be an adopted one. But the truth is it's all a lie and as Om said once Jhoot k Paer nahin hotey, larkhara he jata hai.
I have a feeling Shivaay used his mind that will be shown in the flashbacks somewhere in a month that is why he didn't sign the papers. And most importantly raaz khulney per Eo Wali Feeling Nahin ai jo ani chaiey thi🤣.

And I wanted to punch shivaay when he forgot about his NKK jaap and vowed to not let this so called truth out ever. But I think this will make him accept Anika soon thinking about Om. But being Tej's son he remains an Oberoi. No?

Trust ne they will forget about this On being an illegitimate child in a day or so. Thu just wanted to show us ShivIka getting divorced. That is it.

And Shivaay being a Khota assumed Jhanvi's unplanned pregnancy with accepting the unwanted child🤣

This might come as a rant but I really question Shivaay's trusting abilities today.
So he trusted his childhood best friend over the girl he has hots for. Legit. He knows him from childhood & knows her since 2 months. To add to it his prejudices blind him. Agreed.That is digestible.
Then he trusts his 3 years long girlfriend more than himself. He is so sure that he didnot have sex with her. But he trusts her with the fact that she is pregnant with his child.Ok let us cut him some slack here.She has been nice & considerate to him always. So may be she deserves him trusting her more than himself.
But I don't get it now. So he believes that his entire family lied to him. He is ready to trust a woman who is clearly in his face manipulating him over his family. That is something I won't digest with a thousand hajmolas.
I hope that too. I hope he has a plan up his sleeves. I hope he gets how much the Kapoors are manipulating him into this marriage & I hope he gets to the route of it.
Although him not signing the divorce papers is giving me hope. It shows he wants Anika to stay. Secondly he partly doesnot believes this. I hope he doesnot.
Bcoz I genuinely feel they are just playing on his insecurities & Prejudices. And what intrigues me more than anything now is to know why he has it. Bcoz if he ready to believe that Om is illegitimate over anything else, that makes me feel there's a huge reason for his prejudice & it has a history behind it.

2. Shivaay is illegitimate which Gul has vehemently denied but Dai ma never took Shivaay's name so she could have easily mistook him for Ru or something and meant Shivaay

3. Om has an elder brother who is not known or shown to us in the show till now.

I was glad to see one more Oberoi brother aka Shivaay choose his family over his blind prejudices. Shivaay loves Om more than anybody else and the fact that he was even willing to put aside his love made me feel bad for him just a lil. I was however super glad to see that Shivaay finally used his brain and fake- signed the divorce papers!!

I would like to believe that RoTiLana and their Mom are playing this trick, because neither Jhanvi, nor Daadi treat their elder sons like step-sons. And if O was step-son, Pinky wouldnn't have had shut up all these years. You cn't say that she doesn't know, nor would have Daadi forgiven Tej. Same goes with Daadji, we can assume that no one except knew this truth, but wouldn't the old lady have een a little partial with her own kids? Tej handles almost the whole business with Shivaay.

Yup. Pinky definitely would not have kept her mouth shut about it. Secondly TejVi had a love marriage. I mean come on she left Vikram Rana for Tej. So even though Svetlana happened but when they must have been in London they must have been newly weds.
So Tej cheating on Janvi just a few years after their marriage is so not believable.
And would Svetlana hit on Tej if she already knew that he was illegitimate. Nope!
