Going by the current track it doesn't look like IB will be celebrating the new year so I thought of coming up with this 2 shot write up. Let me know how did you find it by commenting below.

SHOT 1!
Anika & Soumya were waiting for Priyanka in the hall wondering why is she taking so long to get a bowl of popcorns ready for their movie night. It was a perfect night for them to enjoy as the senior Oberois went to attend a New Year's dinner at the Sharma's and OBros were having a good time posing for Om as he was sketching them, it was quite a sight for Om but he couldn't say no to Rudra's request.
As she stepped on the rug , she tripped making the popcorns fly everywhere mainly at Anika & Soumya. She was quite a famous tripper in the Oberoi family second being Anika.
"Arrey Wah Priyanka! Aaj tou matlab bin mausam baraf barri hogayi." Priyanka's eyes fell on Soumya whose mouth was hung up in shock and few popcorns got stuck in there. It was a sight that made Priyanka less embarrassed of herself. Priyanka pointed towards Soumya who was struggling as she gulped in the buttery popcorns. The girls started laughing hysterically.
Trying to remain calm Soumya says to Priyanka "Aren't you going to clean this mess up Priyanka?"
Priyanka took less than a second to change her expressions so quickly that it made Anika & Soumya laugh again and again. They always had fun teasing Priyanka and she always fell for it. It was Priyanka's mute laughter that made Anika snort as she laughed and the trio went crazy holding their stomach and their cheeks hurt.
"Poora ghar Sir pay uthaya hua hai tum teenon nay, What's so funny?" Shivaay was already fuming at Rudra as he kept messing around with the pose but what added to his anger was the girls cracking up. Soumya and Priyanka became Sober as the tears of laughter were running down their face. Anika trying hard not to make any noise, took a deep breath in.
"Come on move , party time over. Let me watch the news now." As Shivaay reached towards the remote Anika grabbed it.
"Aey! Kya matlab news dekhni hai, abhi hamari movie ka time hai. Aap jaiey apni emails check kijiye".
"Tou itni der say kya ker rahe thay tum log?"Shivaay was already pissed.
"Hum ne poocha k aap kya ker rahe thay under, darwaza bund ker k woh bhi. Haan?"
Shivaay glared at Rudra who was cowering behind Om's back and gave Shivaay a stupid smile that he totally ignored. "Anika, give me that remote."
"Nahin doongi kya ker laingay." The only protection between them was the table. Shivaay tried to snatch the remote but Anika gripped it firmly with both her hands. Shivaay pulled it towards him making Anika lose her balance.
"Shivaay chor na, kyun kisi aur ka gussa kahin aur nikal raha hai?" Om tried to make peace between the husband and wife who never accepted defeat.
"Om I have to watch Martha Stewart's interview by any means" shivaay says.
"Acha tou aik larki ko dekne k liey itne tarrap rahe hain Billu Jee?" Anika took the wrong meaning of his words. She jerked his hand without any success, she asked for Soumya's help. Soumya grabbed Anika from behind and pulled so that they could get the remote but the other side had Rudra 'the muscle machine of the oberois' behind Shivaay. Rudra wanted to make up for his mistake by getting his brother what he wants. They were having a tug of war over the remote and didn't even realise the time was passing by.
"God! Aese tou bachay bhi nahin kerte" Om was embarrassed by the sight.
"Bhaiya! Choro na please". Priyanka requested her brothers. Soumya & Anika were putting all the strength they had and kept pulling.
"Chalo Chor diya" Shivaay said and let go of it making Anika & Soumya fall on the sofa behind them and one of Anika's chandni flew up. The boys except Om cracked up that made Anika really angry.
As the girls left from there Priyanka's phone rang, she excused herself assuring them to join them in a bit.
" H-Hello?" She stammered.
"It surely is a lucky day. I thought you wouldn't pick it up, Miss Oberoi" ACP Randhawa said.
"Why did you call me?" Priyanka asks looking behind at her brothers
"Come on Priyanka. It's new year's eve and we should be together tonight. Don't you feel so?"
"No, I don't wan't to be with you, not just tonight but ever. Mein unhin k saath hoon jink saath mujhe hona chahiey. My family!" Priyanka says and cuts the call. Her words pricked him real bad. Mentioning about family to him was really insensitive of Priyanka.
Rudra cleaned the place for his lovely brother to sit Om sat by the table finishing his sketch unaffected the ShivRu's doings. Everything was in it's place and Shivaay was happy with Rudra's sudden cleanup. The duo sat and Rudra kisses Shivaay's shoulder. It was about time for the news. Shivaay tried to switch on the tv.
"What now?" He kept on shaking and tapping the remote but it didn't work.
A moment later he realised the cells from the remote were missing. That was it.
"Anniiikkkaaa!" As Shivaay roared in anger it startled Om and his sketch got messed up.
"Aaj nahin chorunga Anika ko" He was looking for her in every single room.
"Bhaiya, kabhi mutt chorna Anika Didi ko, ager aap ne unhen chora tou mein aapko nahin chorunga. Aap samajh rahe hain na mein kya chor raha... I mean bol raha hoon?" Rudra was following Shivaay who was walking with the speed of light. Om was trying to calm both down. Unable to find the girls anywhere they head towards the last spot. The terrace.
"Vese Anika didi ne kabhi haar mani hai
bhaiya?" How innocent was Rudra to ask this question that acted as a fuel to the fire. As a result he got slapped by Om on his head.
While climbing up the stairs Rudra says
"Bhaiya ho sakta hai k Sumo ne aap k cells nikale hon? Mera matlab hai aapk remote k cells. Nahin?" As Anika has always been his favourite he wanted to protect her from Shivaay's anger. As soon as they open the terrace-door their mood changed. They knew the whole house has been decorated by Anika for the New Year's celebrations but this area of the house was never explored by them. It was fully decorated with oil lamps that made the atmosphere more cozy and intimate, carpet with sitting pillows on it.
They were left awe-struck. "Wow!!" These were the words perfectly synchronised by ShivOmRu.
"Surprise!!" The ladies came from behind grabbing each one and making them sit down. Rudra was in the middle and Shivaay and Om sat by his sides. Like wise Soumya also was in the centre and Anika and Priyanka by her sides.
"Let's Forget about everything else tonight and make this last hour of the year special by sharing everything hidden in our hearts" an excited Soumya said.
Shivaay's anger completely vanished seeing Anika smile so brightly at him. She'd never looked as beautiful as she did under the moonlight. Shivaay looked at his watch as he didn't even realise the time has come when he wanted to surprise Anika with something.
Rudra looked at Soumya as his heart raced thinking it's the day when he'll confess his feelings.
Soumya also was making up her mind to reveal the truth as she wants to start the new year without any lies. The only truth she had ever hidden from someone.
Priyanka was getting nervous thinking about Ranveer and knowing his fearless personality anything can be expected. She was feeling bad recalling her behaviour with him since the past few days.
Om was happy to be spending the night with his loved ones unaware of the fact what this night may bring for him.
"Kitna kuch hua na is saal mein, pata he nahin chala ,kyun hua aur kese hua." Anika recalls her first meeting with Shivaay and now she is married to the same person whom she hated once.
"Bus Hogaya" She said looking at Shivaay, their eyes met. He was having exactly the same flashbacks as her and their feelings were mutual.
"Kya Hogaya?" Shivaay teased Anika giving her the most deliciously significant smile, but she shyes away
"Ehsas!" Breaking his silence out of nowhere Rudra jumps in gathering everyone's attention. They all look at him with an expression of surprise but he was lost in Soumya's beauty. He smiled up at her and she looked past him, determined not to meet his eyes. ShivKara lean back a bit and wink at each other passing teasing comments. Nobody thought their accidental marriage will matter to him this much but Soumya never even wanted to talk about it.
