"You will not understand" Taani said to both of them

"I hope you are not doing something wrong Taani" Rithvik said making her face him by pulling her elbow.

"I am not Rithvik. Don't worry" Taani said assuring Rithvik

"Okay then we trust you" Asha said smiling

"You wanted to tell me something, right?" Taani asked folding her hands on her chest

"Ha yes! Your friends don't have any place to stay" Rithvik said going through some files

"What?" Taani shouted

"why are you shouting?" Asha asked

"They are homeless Asha, I have to do something" Taani said fidgeting with her fingers

"Why would you do something? It's their problem" Rithvik said casually

"I'll make them stay at my house" Taani said

"Why are you doing this Taani?" Asha asked

"I's my duty" Taani said and moved out of the cabin

He sat down on the bench in the garden looking at the stars trying to emit out the stress from his body. He closed his eyes and her smiling face came in front of her and an automatically smiled spread on her face but as soon as it came it faded away. His mind was not transferred to his best friend's condition which was severe now. Thought they haven't talked much on these five years apart from today but somewhere he missed him, he missed both of them. They were the backbone of their group and still is, but if anything happened to Swayam these two will not be handle the loss and the whole group would be broken. He was in his thoughts when he felt a touch on his shoulder. He opened his eyes to see his best friend who was now looking at her with concern filled eyes.

"Sharon" Rey whispered and Sharon came and sat beside him

"I know we talked much in these five years but you know you can speak to me of you want" Sharon said holding her hands in a tight fist trying to control her tears.

"The same applied to you too Sharon" Rey said smiling at her

"I am fine Rey, it's just the weakness" Sharon said avoiding the eye-contact

"I am still your best friend Sharon and that can't change" Rey said and Sharon hugged him with all her might and then the tears came rolling down her cheeks.

"Rey, Swayam kuch nahi hoga na" she asked crying

"Shh kuch nahi hoga Swayam ko Sharon, kuch nahi" Rey said caressing her hair

"Kuch nahi hoga na" Sharon said wiping away her tears and breaking the hug

"Kuch nahi hoga" Rey said wiping away the tears. Their conversation was interrupted when Rey's ringtone blasted through his phone.

"Hello" Rey said wiping away his tears from the edge of his eyelashes

"Rey kidhar hai? Sharon bhi pata nahi kahaan hai? Jaldi floor meine aa doctor abhi reports denge" Vicky said over the phone

"Haan meine aa raha hu, Sharon mere saath hi hai, hum dono aa rahe hai" Rey said and they hung up

"Kya hua Rey?" Sharon asked nervously

"They are calling us, chal" Rey said and she nodded, they got up from the bench and walked towards the hospital.

*Taani's POV*

I'll make them stay in my house, that will be a good idea. Yeah! They could stay there without any problem and that they will be safe too. I'll call Maria up and tell her to clean up the guest rooms. Finally, I can use those closed guest rooms.

Where is my phone? When I need it! Where's my bag mahn?!

Ha there it is!

"Phone, where are you phone?" I stared to mum the song and I squealed when I got my phone in my bag.

I scrolled down my chats to find my house's number. Aha! There it is!

"Hey Maria!" I said excitedly over the phone. Why was I excited

"Hey child, you sound very excited what happened?" I can bet she was smiling on my happiness it is rare to see me happy these years and she knows it very well.

"Actually, Maria they are some guests coming over so could you clean up the five guest rooms we have?" I asked hesitantly

"of course, my child but who all are coming?" she asked curiously

"It's a surprise Maria" I said and hung up the phone

Why was I so excited?

"Taans the reports are out, chal" Asha said coming into my cabin

"Haan chal" I said getting up from the chair and heading out towards Rithvik's cabin where we were going to discuss bhai's reports.

Mr. Shekawat, Taani!

"He is out of danger now, his right hand is broken and his head has stitches which is healing and he needs complete bed rest" Rithvik said going through the reports. I was breathing hard and I was happy too that bhai was out of danger and complete bed rest which means my house will be perfect. I will give bhai my Room and Maria will be there 24*7 then I don't need to worry. Once he will be good they can return to India and back to the same routine. Yeah! That's good.

"Taani!" Asha said shaking my hand

"Where were, you lost?" Asha asked

"Huh! Nothing. He is under sedatives, right?" I asked eagerly

"yes, he should open his eyes in a hour or two" Rithvik said

"Cool! So, I'll inform them this and that they can stay in my penthouse!" I said getting up from the chair and moving towards the door

"Are sure Taani you want them in your house" Asha asked concerned

"Don't worry Ashu, trust me" I said left the room and turned towards the corridor where they were standing and I was going to call the driver to bring about the limo to carry us to the house.

"Sasha" I shouted when I got into the corridor and all the heads turned towards me and I dialled Kevin's number

"Yes Madam" the nurse came running towards me

"Call out the ambulance shift the patient who is in this ward and give my address to Sunny and make sure the drive is safe, I don't want any problems! I hope you got it, you may leave now" I said in a stern voice she nodded her head and left from there. They all were looking at me like I was some alien, how can I forget they haven't seen me like this before.

"Madam, hello madam" someone was shouting through my phone, Kevin!

"Kevin drive out the limousine to the hospital there are some people who are coming into my house and get back the Audi to the driveway, come soon" I said and cut the call

"I heard you guys had nowhere to stay, so you guys could come to house till bhai- I mean Mr. Shekawat isn't good enough to return back to India" I said looking directly at their eyes.

"Tumne hume maafi de di taani?" Neha asked happily, I hope I could do that but jo tumlog ne mujhe dard diya hai na kabhi nahi maaf kar paungi!

"Maafi? Kesi maafi? We don't even know each other, keep the sorry" I said but he was smiling lightly at my words

"Ese toh baat mat karo" Rinni said looking at me with dull eyes, I snorted and then laughed ignoring her

"You were harsh" Rey said trying to search something in my eyes

"And I really don't think to explain myself to you mister!" I replied back and I can tell he was taken aback

"Taani you are being rude" Sharon said in a calm tone

"Look who is talking" I replied back

"We know we did wrong but why are you behaving like this tans?" Sharon said stepping ahead

"Don't call me that Sharon! You don't have the rights to call me that" I said and I knew she was going to say something but was cut off when my phone rang.

"Yes Kevin" I said as soon as I picked up the call

"Madam I reached the hospital, you can come down" He said

"Okay Kevin! We are coming" I said cut the call

"Take your bags and stand down I will be coming once bh- I mean Mr. Shekawat gets shifted to the ambulance"

"why can't you say bhai tans?" Sharon asked and not wanting to reply I got inside bhai's cabin. Nad I could feel the smile on both the best friend's face.
