A/N: Last few parts were emotional where everyone made mistakes. Zoya's friends made mistake by not letting Zoya explain about her lies but their saving grace was them not telling Zoya's truth to anyone. Zoya was bitch to her friends especially Asad in the previous part but her saving grace was that she did not accused Asad of taking advantage of her in her drunken state. In this story, I like Asad more than Zoya because I did not liked Zoya leaving the house. She could have talked to her dad and told everything but she chose to leave the house to avoid her mother and brother. Her dad is missing her so much and cries while seeing her photos. Her dad is also worried for her safety.

Part 20

Zoya was reading a book wen d doorbell rang.

"I will see," said Preeti who was watching TV.

Preeti opened d door. It was Humeira.

"Humeira is here," said Preeti.

Zoya gets up 4m d bed n goes near them.

"Zoya, can u plz come to back to live wid me?" asked Humeira, "I am really missing u."

Zoya looks at Preeti.

"Humeira is really guilty for being rude to u, Zoya. I think u sud give her another chance n go to live wid her," said Preeti.

"Okay, I will pack my bags n then go wid Humeira," said Zoya.

"Zoya, I am sorry for making u live d room," said Humeira.

"U only said na 2day dat we sud start afresh wid good memories so lets forget wat these few days," said Zoya.

Humeira smiles followed by Zoya n they hug each other. Preeti smiles at their hug.

"I will help u pack ur bag," said Humeira as they broke d hug.

"Okay," said Zoya.

"U both sud always be friends like dis," said Preeti wid a smile.

Zoya n Humeira nodded wid a smile.

Scene shifts to Zoya n Humeira entering their room. Zoya recalls herself entering dis room for d 1st time n meeting Humeira n then recalls how she left d room wen Humeira did not wanted to live wid her. She then sees herself cumn to dis room again. She opened her part of cupboard n started arranging her things. Humeira helped her wid d same.

After they were done, Humeira said, "I am going for my shift now. U take rest."

Zoya nodded her head. Humeira left for d lobby.

Zoya sat on her bed n recalls how she insulted Asad very badly n his heartbreaking outburst after dat. Tears comes in her eyes. She took out her cell.

"I need to talk to Asad," said Zoya n dialed his number.

Asad who was resting on his bed hears his cell ringing n picks it up 4m his side. He sees Zoya's name flashing on d screen n smiles. His smile fades away as he recalls wat all she said to him in d college. He decides to answer d call n presses d green button.

"Hello," said Asad.

"I am sorry," came Zoya's voice

"Zoya, wat r u saying?" asked Asad.

"I am sorry," repeated Zoya n asked, "Behre ho kya?"

"I mean why r u saying sorry?" asked Asad.

"I am sorry for wat all I said 2day. I was really a she-jerk," replied Zoya.

"She-jerk?" asked Asad confusingly.

"I mean female version of a jerk. I made d word just now," replied Zoya.

Asad nearly laughed hearing her invented word but did not liked her calling herself dat.

"Zoya, u sud not say dat to urself," said Asad.

"Is dis wat u r saying after how I hurt u 2day?" asked Zoya in disbelief.

"Even I hurt u several times so I am also a jerk then," replied Asad.

"Asad, I want to forget abt last few days. We all were somewhere wrong. U all were wrong for not letn me explain & I was wrong for lying so much," said Zoya.

"Even I want to forget abt last few days. U had reasons to lie," said Asad.

"I know I had reasons but jhoot to bola tha na maine vo bhi bahot baar. I lied almost everything abt myself. I even paid to drama actors to act as my fake parents in college n told dat I have no siblings. Wen I got to know dat u & ur family were earlier poor n lived in chawl, I felt very guilty for lying dat I am poor wen u & ur family actually struggled being poor earlier. But somewhere I felt dat I am not doing wrong as long as I am not making mockery of anyone n doing for wat I think is right for me," said Zoya.

"I understand dat u did wat u felt right," said Asad.

"I am friends wid Humeira n Ayaan again," said Zoya n told him wat happened after he left.

"Dats great," said Asad.

"Also I am back in my old room wid Humeira," said Zoya.

"Dats also great," said Asad.

"Asad, I need to go for my singing rehearsals. I am again sorry for 2day," said Zoya.

"Its okay, Zoya. Don't be sorry for anything. I want u to be happy not guilty," said Asad.

"I can't forget d hurt in ur eyes 2day," said Zoya.

"I am not hurt anymore. I am happy especially after talking to u. I was hurt by ur words but wat cud be expected 4m u at dat time wen according to u, we still did not wanted to talk to u & all of a sudden we wanted to be ur friends again on knowing abt u 4m ur personal diary. I think I said too much to u 2day. I am sorry for dat," said Asad.

"U sud not say sorry for dat. Any person in ur place wud have reacted d same," said Zoya.

"I know," said Asad.

"Okay bye. See u 2mrw," said Zoya.

"See u also 2mrw. Bye," said Asad n hung up.

Asad smiled due to d talk he had wid Zoya now. He felt so happy talking to her. Zoya too smiled as she felt lighter n nicer after her talk wid Asad.

In d evening, Humeira n Zoya went to Farhan's house where their other friends were there. Everyone was happy to see Zoya cumn wid Humeira.

"Hi Zoya," said Ria wid a smile.

"Hi Ria," said Zoya wid a smile.

"Zoya, we r really sorry for not letn u explain dat day n ignoring u weneva u came to talk to us. We r not takn any pity on u but genuinely wants to be ur friends again," said Sameera.

"Sameera, I too wants to be all of ur friend again. I want to forget wat happened these few days. I want to start afresh wid everyone of u," said Zoya.

Everyone got happy dat she wants to be their friend again. Zoya shook hands wid everyone including Asad as a gesture of becumn their friend again.

"Zoya, we r so happy dat u became our friends again," said Asad wid a smile.

"But ur Zoya is still a liar for other people," said Zoya.

"Still we like our Zoya," said Asad.

"Imraan's face will be worth watching wen he comes to know Zoya is not poor," said Aditi.

"Who cares how his face will be like? He is just an asshole," said Zoya.

"Sexy Babes may run behind u on knowing dat u r richer than them & also dat u were a model," said Humeira.

"Oh plz, I don't want to be friends wid those dumbs," said Zoya.

"U need to care of ur personal diary. Its good dat it only fell in Asad's hand not someone else's," said Karan.

"I know yaar. Dats why I don't take it anywhere now," said Zoya.

Everyone except Asad, Ehsaan n Aditi left after an hour.

"We got to know abt u & Zoya 4m Ayaan n Humeira," said Aditi to Asad.

"But luks like things have changed between us," said Asad.

"Wats changed wen u both love each other?" asked Ehsaan.

"I messed it up last time wen she told her feelings to me," replied Asad guiltily.

"Still nothing has become worse now," said Ayaan.

"I think I sud rectify d mess I made by proposing her," said Asad.

"Dats a great idea bro," said Ehsaan wid a smile.

Aditi n Ayaan also smiled while Asad was nervous abt Zoya's reaction.

Zoya was sitting on her bed. Humeira was at d candy counter.

"I forgot to ask Asad wat happened yesterday night," thinks Zoya.

"Wat may have happened yesterday?" thinks Zoya trying to remember.

She cud not recall wat happened after she started drinking in d park. Suddenly Zoya gets flashes of Asad entering d park n she teln him to get lost, Asad dumping her bottle in d dustbin wen she was abt to drink more, Asad forcibly taking her over his shoulder to make her come in his car wen she refused to come wid him, she being fully drunk singing random songs, her pulling Asad's hair for ridiculing her drunk singing, her having samosa n ice-cream in d car wid Asad, her saying I love you' to Asad before passing out. She remembers everything abt d last night. She has shocking expression on her face.

"So much has happened yesterday night," said Zoya shockingly.

"I can't believe I was eating like a 2 year old kid," said Zoya lukn astonished.

"I was drunk but Asad never once tried to take advantage of mine. He tuk so much care of me even takn me to his home instead of dropping me at d suite," said Zoya.

Zoya recalls an incident wid Murtaza a month before their break-up.

Zoya n Murtaza were watching a movie in his home wid popcorn n coke. In between watching d movie, Murtaza tuk her in his lap n started kissing her shoulders as Zoya smiled. Suddenly, her smile faded wen he started moving her straps of her dress off her shoulder n kissing her bare back. Before he cud move her dress past her breasts, she pulled herself off his lap n adjusted her dress before getn up.

"Wat d hell u were abt to do ha?" asked Zoya angrily, "I told u once earlier dat I am not ready for takn our relationship to physical level but still u don't get it."

"Wats ur problem ha?" asked Murtaza wid equal anger, "We r 2gthr for 5 months but u r acting as I am a stranger to u. We have not moved past kisses."

"Some girls needs more time to be ready for dis. I think we sud part ways," said Zoya.

Zoya was not an old-fashioned girl but like many girls she wanted her 1st time to be special n beautiful. She needed more time to get physical wid Murtaza. Zoya picked up her purse n started moving 2wards d door. Murtaza came to her before she cud open d door.

"Zoya, I am sorry. Plz forgive me," said Murtaza.

"2day u tried to make move on me all of a sudden. I can't trust u," said Zoya.

"Zoya baby, it will not happen again," said Murtaza in a pleading tone.

"No," said Zoya firmly.

"Murtaza, I don't want to talk anymore wid u," said Zoya.

"Zoya baby, plz one chance. I will never break ur trust again," begged Murtaza.

Zoya lukd at his sad face n decided to give him a chance.

"Fine," said Zoya in a firm tone, "I am giving you one chance. But if u ever hurt me again then I will not give u another chance n we will be over."

"Thanks baby for giving me a chance. I will never hurt u again," said Murtaza happily.

Murtaza held her hand n tuk her back to d couch.

"Lets finish d movie," said Murtaza wid a smile.

"Yes," said Zoya wid a smile.

"Wud Murtaza have taken advantage of me if he was in place of Asad?" asked Zoya.

"No I am thinking too much," said Zoya.

"But knowing him I can't say abt it," said Zoya.

"Who cares? Murtaza is out of my life now," said Zoya.

"Asad not only tuk me to his home safely but also handled me in my drunken state n even tolerated my tantrums," said Zoya wid a smile on her face.

Asad is watching Zoya's picture on his laptop wid a smile on his face. He recalls their moments during their college project especially during d photoshoot. He recalls their happy moments on d beach. He recalls how he was planning to propose Zoya but instead got a shock on knowing abt her truth. He recalls how he told her dat he hates her n called her love as lie wen he n their friends confronted her wid her lies n broke their friendship wid her. He feels bad thinking abt his words to her dat day. He recalls her tears due to his words n feels guilty for bringing them in her eyes wid his rude words to her.

He kisses her photo on his laptop n says, "I love u, Zoya. I am sorry for hurting u dat day but I will make up for it. I am nervous abt ur reaction of my proposal."

He shuts his laptop n starts thinking on how to propose Zoya.

Haider was abt to go to Zoya but Asad who noticed n recognized Haider stopped him 4m going to her while staring at him unhappily. Zoya who noticed Haider got emotional but kept on singing.
