What does he mean by 'Unkai Show kai liya apna Bacha maar dai kya."

Was Priyanka pregnant by any chance? I mean she was talking about bleeding a lot, gynaec's coming also Manu referring that the next child you have give it to me (jokingly ofcourse). 😕
