This was the most beautiful dialogue of the episode for me...when Anika is perplexed at the casual way in which Shivaay threw away his phone...

Glad someone felt there was more to it.. ...I was like main kuch zyada he soch rahi hun 😆...Shivay looked and sounded so emotional when he asked her * tum har cheeze todti kyun ho * ...Anika had the confused look ...he certainly didnt mean the windscreen but something else bw them ...possibly he meant the connection they have as she refused to talk to him - something which breaks him deeply. He can deal with anything but not her silence/ignorance. The pain seeing her walking away from his life as he never existed ...

and my analysis:

the way he said with those kanji puppy eyes, and the adorable look on his, the line"tum cheezen todti kuyn rehti ho " had a dual meaning, when he said cheezen he was talking about his own heart, when anika broke down in front of shivaay he could not believe his eyes that a strong girl like her can cry so bitterly and he was like yeah all thanks to me, I am responsible for this so he was broken too seeing her in this state, next he said in the previous episode jab tak iski narazgi dur nahi hogi muje chen nahi milega is another proof that how broken he felt inside when she decided that she will not talk to him , it was him and his heart that was broken into thousand pieces which is why he asked her deeply tum cheezen todti kuyn rehti ho" most importantly, he was broken when he held anika in her arms when she was not gaining consciousness, it was guilt, pain and her words that were echoing in his ears it was breaking his soul apart that he gone beyond all limits and caused pain to anika and yes by doing all this somewhat she has broken his ego. So I believe the todti rehti ho meant all that.
