He cud be Naina's son but not Dilip's. If Dilip had an affair that resulted in a child i dnt think Naina wud be that attached to him the way she is with Angad. In fact her relationship with Kartick seems to suggest that mayb he isn't her son. Oh well we'll jus hav to see how Ekta is going to play this one out 😊

I think when the blood test is conducted it will not match at all...reason being is Angad is not Naina's son...

He knows he is Angad Khanna and will find out otherwise...he will want to know his true identity and will go back to India to find out...

First he will go to Dadi to find out the truth...
