Manish finally spoke to his son today. But it backfired on him.

As we have seen in the show, Manish loves his Kartik so much. Kartik is his jaan. But unfortunately, as much as Manish loves him, he doesn't know how to show it. When Kartik comes back late at night from his office, a concerned Manish waits up for his son. But to his annoyance, Kartik rushes straight back out to check on Naira who has gone to the factory alone. And when Kartik finally returns a relieved yet angry Manish confronts him.

All Manish really wanted to do was tell his son how worried he was for him, how concerned he is about him. But instead of gently talking to Kartik, it came out as abrupt and uncaring from Manish's mouth. And of course Kartk backed away. He couldn't see the love in his father's eyes because all he could see was his anger.

Naira is trying to do everything by herself without taking help from anyone and it's taking its toll. And as much as the Singhania's are a sweet family, surely some of them can help take the burden away from Naira. They can see how distressed Naira is as she feels she's incompetent and can't cope with everything. Besides Gayu, no one offered to help. Instead, they told her she will manage everything.

I liked the way Naira was concerned that Kartik's family might not like the fact that he works with them. She is really maturing. Her Naani made her realise that the way Kartik helped her bond with her family, she needs to do the same with Kartik and his family.

Daadi wants Kaira to get married but I'm not sure its' for the right reasons. It seems she is more worried that they will lose Kartik again if they don't get him married to Naira, rather then getting him married for his happiness.

The Kaira scenes were as cute as always, first in the office, where Kartik wanted to fit in a little romance and then in the park. I loved the way they promised each other they will do everything together.

In the pre-cap Kartik overhears his father telling Daadi and Suvarna that Naira is not good enough for his son. Kartik is not going to take that lying down.

Problem here is clash of ideals between mg and k..

Mg is frm an era where kids dont think twice before listening to parents.. and k frm the new era where kids think before listening to.elders just like that..

Manish is not liking this as he still.lives in green tea dadi's era..

Best part in yesterday's episode was rajshri naira scene..

Rajshri is a better.mother than.akshara in my opinion.. and she has this aura of a mother around her..

Now coming to kartik though he was wrong in yelling at his father ..somewhere mg is at fault.. he could havee spoke. Softly with kartik..

Manish comes across as a self obsessed man..as of now..

Only naira can make them reconcile..and hope she does that .

P.s. :i really wish those who try sermonising people saying they are mothers themselves or try treating the serial as something happening for real.please stay away.

Manish simply doesn't know how to do things the right way, does he? You really see his love for Kartik in every episode, in every expression of his. The day he gets his son back (I'm sure it's gonna be Naira's doing), he's gonna be the happiest man on this planet.

But again, he doesn't know how to show it. Yesterday the Baap- Beta scene was my favourite. Loved the dialogues, esp the- Commitment, commitment hoti hai- Aur Baap, baap.

I think what irks Manish more than anything is the fact that Naira gets all of Kartik's attention and love while Kartik doesn't even give Manish's love a chance. His dislike for Naira is more of this, not just the accident case.

Kaira scenes are always a treat. They know when to be serious and when to have fun..they have that balance and I love that about them.

Dadi has a twisted mind and knows to keep her dislike to herself, but looks like Manish showing his dislike upfront is gonna land him in trouble in the precap and even later on going by the segments. Dadi gets away with it cos she never lets Kartik know what she's actually thinking. Waiting for today's epi!!

P.S. How far have you reached with the old epis?

i dont think kartik ll hear anything in that precap scene.ye sirf humko curious karne k liye hai.u know indian serials 😆 manish goenka is actually like naira.when they hate sumone they ll hate them openly n fully but when they ll start loving sumone they can even die for that person,they ll get suffocated if that person doesnt recripocrate thr love or apology.they r open books as they nvr hide any feelings inside.so i just hope naira n manish becomes closest since they both r quite similar.n i dont blame kartik.the reason for his hatred was nvr shown till now so even if its a missunderstanding this family isnt really helping him to get over it.i remember when naira used to hate akshara during initial days akshara nvr came close to her if not needed to give her the space,naitik,naksh,gayu,mishti,choti ma,kartik everyone tried indirectly to lessen their distances..it was akshara who brought this dance academy project through kartik infront of naira so that she starts doing sumthing she loves n not force her for anything since naira was always an independent minded girl,she start getting habituated with her family so that she drops the idea of leaving home again.whole singhania family plus kartik worked on to make naira comfortable with her family n specially akshara.but in case of goenkas they want to cage kartik so that he doesnt leave,they r forcing him for things which he dislikes,they kinda wanting to win over him by showing see u r better with us than with singhanias but in case of naira singhania family showed her yes that orphanage is ur family but even we love u n give us a chance too.

The Rajshri-Naira scene was lovely and it was a good contrast between Manish and Kartik's scene

See how Rajhshri was sitting next to a tired Naira, feeding her and explaining to her about relationships. It was because of her concern and love for Naira.

In the same way, Manish loves his son too, but instead of explaining his worry in a gentle manner, it came across as harsh to Kartk who reacted by yelling at his father which was also wrong. The problem is, they are both so estranged, they don't know how to talk with each other and let each other know how they really feel.

I'm sure Naira's going to have a big hand in reconciling father and son.

I love the way how me and you think the same about the characters in this show.

I agree with you about the baap-beta scene yesterday. It was really good with good dialogues and it helps that Mohsin and Manish(don't know the actor's name) and such good actors.

And I so agree with you about the fact that it upsets Manish that all his son's love and attention is for Naira, and that is one thing he is desperate for.

Kaira are just so cute! They have now reached a lovely understanding.

Daadi is one to watch out for.

Soumu I've finished the Hrishikesh scenes and seen some scenes after that. But they are just so cute!

And Kartik and his dreams has me in fits! He is constantly 24/7 dreaming about Naira😆

Yesterday's episode was lovely.

Kaira romance, nani-nathin, baap-beta, everyone boosting Naira's confidence all were great.

It actually is not Singhanias for not coming forward to help Naira, Akshara kind of did everything in the past 30 years so they're used to that pattern.

Agreed about baap beta scene, like Manish once said, that he doesn't know to communicate his feelings and Karthik doesn't know how to understand them.

Rajshri-Naira scene was great am loving their bonding, hope to see more of it.

Kaira scene were awesome whether they were the office romance or chai tapri scenes or Karthik rushing off to help Naira at the factory late night.

"We will do everything together", dialogue was beautiful, but will they handle each problem in the same way. Yesterday Karthik asked Keerthi for help, even if it was only for printing, Keerthi seemed rather happy while handing the papers to Karthik. I wonder did Karthik just ask for help from her because his work would get done with fast or it was because he knows how much she loves to work. On Mishti's birthday even Karthik told chotima and bhabhima that he doesn't believe in the dhagga and all but his dadi does or for her they follow, somewhere I feel Karthik is trying to make everyone happy, infront of dadi he doesn't oppose Keerthi not going to office, because he feels dadi has born in those years where woman stayed at home doing household chores, so she has that kind of thinking, which wasn't wrong for her time, at the same time he can't let his sister's not do anything for their passion and he tries to do the best he can, because you can see both keerthi and mansi love him alot, they are not the least bit jealous that he is getting more attention or anything such. Naira on the other hand might just confront dadi about her behaviour between the males and females of the family.

So does this show also have misleading pre-caps. the other show I watch is notorious for showing the wrong thing in the pre-cap and then showing something completely different the next day😆

I saw some of those scenes about the dance acadamy where Naira was upset with her mum. The Singhanias are definitely a softer family. Like you said, they didn't force Naira but gently won her love back. Manish loves his son just as much but because of their distance, comes across as harsh which Kartik then rebels against.

So Akshara did everything for the family? I guess that's why they are not used to offering to help but here, Naira is obviously struggling to cope with everything so it would have been nice for the family to help her. At least she has Kartik helping her in the office.

I really liked the naani-Naira scene. Since Rajshri has more experience with the world, I loved the way she explained to Naira about family relationships.

I'm just getting more and more impressed with how Kaira are maturing and progressing with their relationships. I love the way they are dealing with the office problem together.

I think maybe now that Kartik has matured, he might notice the differences between the treatment of the male and females of the household. And probably more so when Naira comes into the house.

Naira is such an independent girl with a free spirit, that she will find it difficult being stifled by Daadi and her rules.
